The Flask Inn Restaurant in Scarborough

Popped in for an evening meal and a pint. Pork and scampi meals were fantastic. My Wife positively loved the orange and thyme gravy. Guinness was served to perfection. No long waits for food and staff were friendly.

Staff were very friendly also this is a dog friendly pub you can take them in the barWe had fish and chips which was excellent and dessert warm chocolate brownie with salted caramel ice cream

Had an excellent meal of a high standard, great service, atmosphere & beer choice at good value for money.Great to have a country dog friendly, warming pub. Definitely love the specials board, would be nice to have a change on the desserts as we’ve been a few times & they’re amazing but only a small & the same selection.

Excellent food. Lovely rooms. Convenient for Whitby, Scarborough and all surrounding beautiful countryside. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely place, my food was amazing and great value but they need more vegetarian options for people like my wife and more ales.

I only went for a meal. I rang and booked it at 16:15 today,went and ordered the burger it was excellent,also the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will deffo be coming again. Well done Sarah and Nick.

I really enjoyed the warm welcome at the opening night at The Flask Inn this evening. The menu included v and vn choices at reasonable prices and my tasty meal was served swiftly, as I enjoyed the live accoustic performances. I am looking forward to visiting again soon😃

Lady staff member was nice enough to let us go in to use toilets as our car broke down and we was in that car park.However just as i was leaving the toilets the male staff member opened the entrance to the toilet door with full force swung it open, followed me all the way to leaving saying i left the tap on, then after that i trapped my hand in the door a bit and he was going on, saying he turned it off, but be aware for next time.Having someone swing a door open and have a serious face isn't good, especially as a girl. Didn't even care after i trapped my hand and just stood there till i left. I just can't believe he swung open the door like that!, not the lady staff members fault tho it was nice of her to let us use the toilets

Fantastic little gem in the moors. Genuinely lovely couple running it and the rooms are great. Breakfast is champion, fab little bar, and a beer garden that looks out on the moors and the ocean. Been before, will be back again.
