Quite nice from the outside.Basic rooms.Friendly staff.Reasonable breakfast.Nice Lounge area.

A jewel of a hotel in central Scarborough. Although we are locals, we regularly call in for a coffee and cake. My daughter has never felt anything but welcome there, with her baby son. The hotel is absolutely immaculate, pristine linen on the tables, and courteous and attentive staff. The restaurant is first class. A delightful oasis not to be missed. If I was booking a holiday in Scarborough; The Palm Court Hotel would be my first choice! A*****

Lovely place to stay. Great staff look after all your needs. Lovely food and comfortable bed. Though I find the pillows too soft. Bespoke free parking is free.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpfulThe bedroom was not great, the wallpaper has seen better days and there was what looked like a damp patch on the window wall.The bathroom had clearly had a repairThe hotel looks great from the outside and we were disappointed with our stay

We went for afternoon tea after our ( very quiet) wedding. Service and food was excellent. We will definitely do the afternoon tea again.

Lovely Afternoon Tea. Just the right size portion. A nice treat for a friend's special birthday.

Had a lovely stay, ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was excellent. Excellent choice for breakfast this morning. Would have been 5 stars but the superior king room was in need of updating

Beautiful hotel. Room even though classed as a small room there is plenty of space. Breakfast, faultless and well presented. Plenty of cereal to choose from, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Fresh juices too. Hotel lounges make it great to relax.

What a lovely 2 night stay. Decorated beautiful for time of year. Dinner we had on the Saturday night. .Wow! Absolutely delicious all the courses. Staff so friendly and helpful. Overall a brilliant experience. We definitely be back.

We spent 4 nights here in Dec 2021.The hotel is a view back into grander times. Beautiful reception, lounge and dining rooms. Elegant to a "T"The bed rooms are a little on the small side but clean and freshly decorated.Lift to all floors.The staff are friendly, courteous and uniformly dressed in smart black outfits.The common rooms were tastefully decorated to reflect the time of year.The general manage was very much a presence, always in view, helping watching guiding.Kieran (hope spelling correct) stood out as he took us under his view from the start. always there, time to talk and pleasant to talk to.Thank you for a lovely time, especially our family Christmas dinner on Thursday night.
