The Station Hotel in Scarborough

Do not eat or drink at this pub worst meal and pint ever and then over charged for the meal

Your food very good in there and your drinks love life

Visited the pub on Saturday and Sunday end October 2021. The hotel has been taken over since we last visited 3 years ago. I was told the rooms have had an update since my last visit, but we were staying on a campsite this year so didn't stay at the hotel. Didn't meet the new owners, but the staff were a credit to them. They were so friendly and helpful, they even set a TV up in the back room for us to watch Strictly! They were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us - perfect customer service, even though it was a busy Weekend. Thank you to the lovely lady behind the bar!! (who'd thrown her husband in at the deep end, behind the bar - but he coped perfectly well :-)

We only called in and had one drink, the landlady was very nice, and the pub was beautifully clean, they do Sunday lunch and also B&B.

Welcomed by owners and staff ..Good beers and home cooked food...

The staff were lovely. Bad swearing in all bars kind of ruined the visit. Clear that up and a pleasant place. Not expensive.

All the staff made us feel very welcome couldn't do enough for you good food and beer and will stop again soon I hope we'll done everyone 😀

Only ate here but service quick and friendly. Excellent fish and home cooked chips. Across the road from the North Yorks railway. Perfect after a trip on the train

Just a very relaxed and friendly pub with good ale, excellent and filling food, and a reassuringly 'covid' proof set-up for visitors and staff safety. A great team who deserve support in their efforts to deliver splendid hospitality in difficult times. Respect.
