Tikka Tikka in Scarborough

Although the food is probably nice - judging by the non availability of seating at suppertime, my party didn't get to try it. Upon entering the premises to enquire about a table, I was blanked / ignored by a passing staff member - after I said hello, & the reception staff seemed to have a half hearted - "we don't really need your business - we're busy anyway" attitude.

We visited Scarborough and wanted to eat our food outside whilst looking over the ocean view….the Lovely kind staff provided us with plates, knives and forks and napkins and more…..the food was top class, fresh and extremely good. We will be returning customers on our next visit to Scarborough 👍

Well I was a little sceptic about going here, after reading the reviews we decided to try it then speaking to a few locals they said they eat there too so thought we would give it a try.When we arrived we was in two minds as it was empty but we are so glad we did the food we had was absolutely spot on up there with one of the better ones we have had next time in the area we will deffinatley call in.

The food was delicious fresh and hot cooked to order not instant.Staff so very polite and helpful. So nice after being turned away from so many restaurants in Scarborough at 8pm and 830 as they were CLOSING!!!! Despite their websites saying they were open till 11pm !!!!!Thank you Tikka Tikka.

Lovely curries and the amount of meat that they put in is very good. When ordered always large pieces of chicken in. Recommend it to all of my friends

Visited Tikka Tikka last Saturday and received a warm welcome from the owner and all the staff. The food and ambience was fantastic and we are looking forward to returning as soon as our holiday park opens in March. Highly recommended 👌

We went there on a recommendation. Very disappointed to be honest, the starter was nice but the curries were swimming with oil and when we told the staff they said how do you cook a curry without oil and if we would of said when we ordered they would of drained it. The wait time between starter and main was ridiculous and staff were very rude when we complained. Would definitely not recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful meal, just left the restaurant and can’t write this quick enough. There’s less oil in the Middle East than was on my curry. The wait time between starter and main was ridiculous with an empty restaurant and the staff were not helpful and very rude. Do not recommend.

My favourite place the Indian Lounge (opposite) has now closed & I had heard good things about here so thought I would get a takeaway. Horrendous! Took 1.5 hours to arrive & the food was barely passable. The onion Bhajis were incredibly dry & the garlic cheese naan was like cardboard with no sign of cheese or garlic. Rice was nice & the few pieces of chicken tikka in the main dish were fine (had a Balti & other than the chicken the dish only had onions in it). They also only take cash, strange considering I ordered online & its 2022. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Probably the best Indian restaurant in Scarborough. Really nice atmosphere and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The food tasted amazing and didn't take long to come out. The portion sizes were massive and we couldn't finish it off. The menu is average prices and they take card payment too. Toilets were clean and there was free WiFi. They had plenty of measures in place to stop the spread of covid-19 too. Overall I really enjoyed eating here and will definitely come back in the future. Would recommend.
