Was sever by Liam, who immediately came over to help us, and kindly asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. Throughout the meal, he checked if we needed anything and found the perfect balance between professionalism and informality. He was also very entertaining and brightened up our day!

Fantastic place to eat. Skinless fish beer battered is a must.. unbelievable mixed grill cooked to perfection. Fed us brilliantly all week. Chef is a wizard. A must visit place

We had a lovely experience here for a family meal. Liam was very accommodating and made sure we were seated somewhere with easy pram access. He was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and came out prompt. Would definitely recommend and will be dining here more often after today’s experience.Will come again

Amazing service from start to finish despite the pub being jam packed full of customers. Very clean and also quick service! Food was hot and yummy, a few drinks they didn't have due to the new menu coming out quicker than anticipated but found plenty we liked nonetheless. Quiz was very varied in terms of difficulty and subject type. Had a great night!

Wow just wow we have just been here today (table 6) and what can I say the food was absolutely fabulous, nice and hot and definitely worth the wait we had ultimate chicken Burger and the ultimate beef burger please pass our complements to your chef food was outstanding and was the puddings to lemonMuffin cheesecake was delicious!! Will definitely be back before we go home

Was served at the till by Lisa and she was super fast and helpful as we are fussy eaters (no salad, well done bacon etc) and needed amendments but it was no problem at all! Tristan brought our food and was amazing with the little one, very smiley and interactive! Food was amazing, never had a problem here! Definitely recommend the ultimate southern fried chicken burger!! Beautiful! We will definitely be returning soon! Thanks to all staff, especially Tristan and Lisa!!

Great value for money.Great customer service as my partner left his bank card at home and you allowed us to order food without prepayment.However the barman didn't know whether it was "curry night" and when I asked about the card referred me to go and speak to the manager rather than asking the manager himself. I felt maybe this member of staff needs more training especially about the deals which are on.Brie dippers amazing

The venue was lovely and so close to Alpamare. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and service very quick. Loved the menu and staff were knowledgeable about it. The only criticism I have is that whilst the option to go ‘skinny’ is brilliant, it’s not so great that you pay the same price for quite often half the items on the plate! You should definitely reduce the skinny meals to reflect this.

Lovely pub environment, not too loud even though it was busy. Server Joel checked on us just enough to not bother & all staff were friendly and seemed happy to help. Steak was very good - try the beef dripping & merlot sauce! - and the burgers were great, not too greasy & well assembled. Good prices & good food, give them a go.

Just next door to the Alpamare Pool so very handy if you are starving after your swim. And much better than I thought it would be! Really tasty food - everyone was pleased with their food but I have to say the mega chilli burger was AWESOME!!! X Staff were really helpful & friendly & good value for money too! 👍
