Delicious food. Super yummy, great service and the ratio of price:quality was spot on

The food was amazing! Had the spicy crab cakes, they were huge! Really tasty and fresh. Then got medium cod, should have got a small, again huge portion! Definitely can't complain. Finished off with baileys trifle!! The only course I finished was the crab cakes!! Staff really helpful and cheery. This was our second visit, will definitely return.

Great food at Walkers. Love their fish and chips. Really nice crispy batter on the fish as you would expect and fab chips too. There is a great range desserts too.You won't be disappointed.

Stopped here for dinner tonight. Fabulous food, great atmosphere and friendly staff, you won't be disappointed, well worth a visit.

Food was as always 1st rate. Service great, polite and friendly. Value for money.The only fault I would comment on was, the tea was well below par, bearing in mind I am giving my opinion, it was weak and certainly not hot. Perhaps I could suggest not a catering grade tea and somehow find some way of keeping it hot. May seem silly but, perhaps a tea cosy for the pot. Don't want to make a bigger issue than it is. Will certainly return.

What's turning out to be our annual Christmas lunch at work, was had again this year. Lovely food, ordered for collection, prepared in a timely manner. Definitely recommended. The dessert cabinet looks amazing too!

Delicious Haddock and chips. The regular was just the right size. Could have done with a slightly larger plate to be able to cut the food more easily, without risk of it falling off. Lovely surroundings inside and very good staff.

Just returned from a family celebration here. Absolutely outstanding quality food. Fish cooked perfectly, and plenty of other options available. Friendly and helpful team. Would highly recommend. May be worth booking ahead, as they get busy.

Fish and chip restaurant in West Ayrton not far from the caravan club site. Food was very good including the insane giant cod or haddock (see picture), clean and very apparent covid rules on separation and cleaning between guests. Booking is advisedThe desert fridge needs a chair by it and a large spoon !Friendly and attentive service in a clean and well spaced environmentAs with these places you can eat cheaper out elsewhere but regardless we would recommend a visit here especially for the caravan fraternity, not everyone has to take on the giant cod piece !It's a 10 min walk and there is also parking around the back of the place.Overall its a nice restaurant clean and excellent food. Worth a visit but watch out for that giant cod or haddock you better be hungry for that and if you happen to see the Lord of Darkness and the heir to the throne in the Prince of Darkness please kick them out of the desert fridge and send them back
