White House Restaurant in Scarborough

Had a lovely meal here. Dogs welcome I vthe garden area. Fabulous staff.

Lovely staff, big, clean room. Was excellent value for money, and would definitely stay again :)

Chanced upon this eating place as it's off the regular footfall. We were a quite a big group but this did not deter from the quality of service or food. We were that impressed we rebooked for the following 3 days. Great hosts with a fab team supporting.

Great place to stay. Excellent breakfast and only a short walk to the beach or to the town. Good value for money, highly recommended.

What a find this place was ,from entering to leaving we were treated special .The hosts are extremeley friendly ,the canvases on the walls were very vibrant to look at .The dining room and the bar was well presented ,lovely furnishings .We stayed in room 6 which was exceptional ,the utilities and the bedding was excellent ,nice teas and coffees too .The bed was spacious and very comfortable .As you can see from the photo of the breakfast ,one word yummy .We will deffinately be returning later in the year to try the restaraunt ,thankyou for a lovely stay .

Food was lovely .staff were fabulous with us and super good with our 2 year old twins .nothing was a problem. Highly recommend.

Just spent one night in the hotel with bed and breakfast, the hotel is absolutely beautiful very comfortable room had a really good night's sleep breakfast excellent staff are very friendly and helpful, would recommend stay againrecommend to stay again

The Chapel House Hotel is a very smart and clean ,modernly decorated hotel. It is within walking distance of the town if you are reasonable fit, or alternatively there is public transport close by. Parking is where possible on the streets surrounding and a disc is provided for 3 free hours. The young lady on reception was very friendly, helpful and took pride in her job.On the down side, it is on the main road into Scarborough which is busy at all times even winter. The windows are sash single pane, so no help with the noise. And the rooms are on three floors with no lift. Ok for the reasonable fit, not much fun if you have been walking all day. I would suggest that you find out if they have a chef as well,as we had to find food out. But generally for the money and a short stay I would recommend the Chapel House Hotel.

Stayed one night , easy walking distance to the Spa , Food fantastic. Loved the building history and the artwork. Great price , will stay here again. Great family run business, impressed . Thank you
