We took our family there on a recommendationThere was no kids menu and with an autistic child who is a fussy eater we were a little nervous. The team accomodated things like sauce on the side and the four of us enjoyed one of the most memorable nights of our lives.Just wonderful food. Such fresh food, wonderfully prepared and beautifully cookedOf course this was not cheap, and cost half the price of our holiday but it was 100% worth it. Amazing experience that none of us will forget.Highly recommended.

This is my favourite place to eat in Scarborough. They may not offer a huge selection but what they provide is great quality food using locally sourced ingredients. Without a doubt we'll be back. Well done to all the staff at Clark's

Absolutely phenomenal. Things have improved ten fold since even last year. As far as fine dining goes, I would say the best in Scarborough if not the entire Borough.

Great atmosphere, food and staff. The place is extremely well designed, chic and pleasant. We ordered the cheesy doughnuts, the salmon and the half lobster, the chocolate dessert and cheesecake. The food was extremely good, the lobster was soft and tasty. Staff was polite and not intrusive, we spent a lovely dinner and we highly recommend it. Best to reserve a table.

Lovely service, nicely renovated. Not overly chic, but certainly one of the nicer places in town. Food was excellent, with a down to earth touch. Prices slightly elevated bit justified by the overall quality of the experience!

Been here twice now in two years would have been more but due to circumstances didn't get to holiday up this way last year.The food is excellent the service is always been good staff are friendly and professional without being over attentive.Have to highly recommend the Wensleydale doughnuts tho as a starter they were fantastic.

Decided to try something different for dinner and ended up here. The staff were very friendly and we were offered a warm welcome. The food was very tasty and very well presented on the plate as well as being hot. We enjoyed the food and left feeling quite satisfied. We would go back again

Food was mostly good. The quail egg tapas was a bit disappointing as it didn’t taste any truffle and the egg was extremely over cooked (blue ring showing already), yet did not carry any flavor. Staff is friendly but not the most attentive to details - didn’t offer more water although the bottle was obviously empty. Took the bread basket away (but not the butter) without asking us if we still wanted it. They were very nice and smiling though.There is definitely room for improvement overall! And it’s definitely better than the touristy ones by the beach...
