Xing Long in Scarborough

Wanted to try a new place, somewhere we had never been before. So glad we found this lil gem of a restaurant! Food was absolutely amazing! Chinese nights will definitely be from here every time from now on. Only allows 5 stars on review so here’s 5 more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👌

my food was over 2 hours delivery i tried phoning but was always engaged driver told me when he came they took it off hook as to busy my food was stone cold 1 star terrible service

By far the best Chinese (in our opinion) in scarborough! Portion sizes are great, always have speedy delivery, piping hot and most importantly such delicious food! I normally always order either tofu in black bean sauce or King Prawns in satay sauce and I highly recommend both! The vegetarian spring rolls are large and have loads of filling in, super tasty. 10/10 highly recommend!

First time ordering from here, won't be the last. Ordered through Just Eat, easy to use website ordering.Ordered Shredded Chilli Chicken which was sublime, well cooked, crisp batter and tasty sauce with. Singapore Fried Rice was tasty, rice was well cooked with a variety of ingredients. Nicely spiced, only minor point was relatively little meat content. That said couldn't fault the taste. Good sized portions too.Arrived earlier than expected, but not complaining, if needs be next time will specify a time for delivery. All in all lovely meal.

Ordered at 5, was given a time of 6.15 for delivery. Ended up my husband had to visit the shop as they were not answering the phone at all and we got our meal at 7 o clock. I think waiting 2 hours for a meal is excessive and the fact the website was closed and phone shut off so now way of contacting to check on our food. I won't be returning bad customer service. Also I was expecting food to be hot but it was warm at best.

First time ordering here on the recommendation of my daughter. Used the website to order and pay no problems. Delivered within specified time. Food was very small portions for the price. The chicken was drowned in table salt. But my biggest issue was the fact that it wasn't hot when it arrived. At best it was luke warm as if it had been sat a while before we got it

Order from here tonight order took 90 mins to arrive . When it did it wasnt very warm . The worse takeaway i have had in a long time. Spent over £30 the crispy shredded beef was absoultly disgusting was un edible .rang and complained for a refund but still waiting to hear back from them ??

Tonight has been the worst from here, ordered on website to deliver @19.30,it turned up at 18.10, told them got time wrong, had to phone them back at 19.50 to see where it was to be told he was just leaving with it, half hour later arrived @ 20.30 flat cold. This is the second time used to be really good but hone downhill

1st time I've been in in ages.EXCELLENT. Didn't wait long. Food piping hot. I ordered king prawn chow mein and my partner king prawn curry. Both full of King prawns. Only slight complaint was my partner said curry not very hot, but apart from that delicious.Definitely be back ☺

Wow! Having used this takeaway last year when we holidayed at Scarborough, we decided to ask if they would deliver to our holiday home. Not only was it delivered quickly but the 4 dishes we ordered we absolutely delicious.They were Special Egg Foo YungDuck & Mushroom in Oyster SauceDuck with Water Chestnuts and Bean SproutsChicken CurryCanny recommend highly enough.
