American Pizza House in Sheffield

Orded for 19:45 turned up at 19:00 so is now sat downstairs getting cold while I put the kids to bed. What a waste of time having a delivery time and what a waste of money for the food now to go in the bin, so come downstairs to look at the food and what a joke you get more crumbs from a slice of bacon, first and last visit!

Ordered at 10 pm after been late called them and no answer. Never turned up so I will never use the again.Pitty as they used to be good

Absolutely terrible customer service for starters, then we ordered a margarita pizza with pepperoni as an extra and they put peppers on the pizza for no reason!When we called to ask why they had put peppers on our pizza they told us that we should have looked on the website when they knew we ordered it off the app (it never stated peppers would be added to a pepperoni pizza)Pizza was cold with a side of curly hair floating in the cheese sauce. Won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame as we have been loyal customers.

When I first ordered from here the service was excellent. The food is delicious. Unfortunately the service got worse. I've had deliveries that were wrong, not what I've ordered, things missing from my order and orders being late. Such a shame when the food is so nice.

Ordered large pepperoni but came with extra hair, called up and they denied it being one of theirs because they all had black hair. Didnt eat anything no refund or apology.

Ordered last night. Part of the order was missing and the chips were rock hard and looked like they had never seen a deep fat fryer. I Had to cook them when the order had arrived. Also took well over an hour to arrive.The pizza was actually really nice once we finally sat down to eat it. But we shouldn't have to cook our own chips.Will not order from there again. Which is a shame because the first time we ordered, everything was really nice and the chips were perfect.

of the several times I have ordered from them I have only ever had one issue of a slightly mixed up order.. they rectified that with two new pizzas free of charge.. Each time I have ordered it's been fast delicious and the driver is 100% courteous.. after 10 years I wouldn't consider ordering from anywhere else. The price is reasonable and the quality excellent.

Used to be delicious and fast. Ordered today and it was an hour and a half to deliver a luke warm set of pizzas that weren't even made with toppings we called up to ask for. Guy on the phone had nothing but attitude as soon as he answered the phone, not sure if its new staff but whatever was good about APH has gone, lost a customer.

Very poor!!! Ordered on Big foodie. They accepted the order for delivery and 45 minutes later they rang to say they don't deliver. My address was clearly written on the order and why would it take 45 minutes to read the address. Then they rang and said we either had to come and collect or they'd cancel the order. Then they refused to give me the number for Big foodie for a refund. Very poor service. I will definitely NOT be using these again!!!!

Been going for a while and standards have slipped coz ta say i order the same almost everyday they have started getting order wrong forgetting stuff and trying ta over charge. For example lasts night order was over charged wrong sauces delivered and when i rung to explain i was told ta come collect it which ment my kebab went cold and too add insult ta injury my 10 inch pizza had 4 inch of crust! Iv now decided ta take my easy 100+ custom a week elsewhere!!!
