Bengal Spice-Stocksbridge in Sheffield

I love this place. Some of the best curries I’ve had in my life originate from here. Recently discovered their kebabs too, their meat is better than ones close to me. Well worth paying for the best.

Order was on time. Food was lovely and hot. Best Indian food I've tasted in a long time. Lived it. Well done Bengal spice! Will definitely order again soon. Tried other takeaways but this was special.

Not sure what has happened to this place but the food we just ordered and received was extremely disappointing. We have ordered the mixed kebab from Bengal Spice for years and what we just had delivered was Not the same. Rammed full of donner meat and completely lacking flavour. It used to be essentially a Indian mixed starter wrapped in a naan? Since when does this include donner meat? And to top it off a random chip in the in the kebab ! We didn't even have chips in our order. Complete rip off at £7.99 a kebeb. Won't be ordering from here again!

Wow, ordered from this place for years and years but this year it's really gone down hill... waited over two hours for delivery for the first time. Gave us sob story so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Just tried again tonight... Waited over two hours again. Phoned to see where curry is. Offered free of charge. Said delivery would be within half hour. Phoned after 45mins. Came up with 3 excuses.... Drivers are not good tonight... Manager is not here tonight and the best of all is 'are you pranking us'. Phoned again and they are closed!!Those who have had a good night and just want a good takeaway, you will know what it is like to look forward to a curry and settle down for the night. That didn't happen. Won't be ordering again.

Absolutely discusting food. Ordered a kebab and it looked as if it had been left out in the sun for 3 weeks, very dry and like cardboard. We ordered at 6.30 via just eat and it was supposed to arrive by 8.10. It finally arrived at 8.45 and i rang them to tell them how discusting it was and he said he would bring another one. Another hour later and it arrived, i asked for my money back as i had to cook us a meal as we had been waiting over 3 hours. The delivery driver just drove off. This is the worst takeaway in Sheffield. My advice would be to not waste your time or money.
