Food was lovely, although there was no chicken there was a choice for everyone. Will still go back as the food was good

I was visiting Sheffield and there on Sunday just gone, with friends. Probably the best roast I've had in my life! I went for the three meat roast and everything was cooked really well. the highlight for me however, was the red cabbage on the dish - so flavourful!On top of this, the staff were lovely and attentive. Very good value for money. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to stop by for another roast!

Great pub , nice food and a good selection of drinks. Beer garden out back and dog friendly in the lower section. Also a starting point for the Moss Valley walks.

Pie, chips and peas. What more can a northern boy ask for! Great main meals. Desserts are a bit standard. Service was good.

Was very disappointed with our breakfast with santa £15 for a adult breakfast which was already plated and no choice!!Santa didn't speak to half of the children and cut our time short with him ruining the magic of Xmas.. would not go here again!!No Christmas atmosphere... poor set up

Went there last night for the first time and I wasn't disappointed, I'm very fussy about food being a cook and the food was top quality.We enjoyed it so much that we are hopefully getting a booking for Christmas day.The food etc was certainly value for money.

AverageOrdered through uber eats for the first time as Food here is normally fantastic when you eat in.Takeaway needs improvement. Portion size nothing like eating in and Food is luke warm.1 carrot and 1 parsnip. 2 small roast potatoes. Come on guys!!!

Just wanted to send thanks to servers and chefs as we came today 1st July 2021 for dinner and everything was done with such great service and food came and was delicious and we ordered desserts that also came with such beauty and tasted devine all presented so lovely . Thanks again will be visited again as right on doorstep too wouldn't change our experience

Visited this local pub for lunch on a weekend. There is lots of parking around the rear of the building and the facilities/general decor are great. We received friendly and attentive service but found the food was a little slow to come out (the pub was quite quiet at the time). The options on the menu were sufficient and in keeping with the style of the restaurant. I had the Hunter's chicken and my partner had a steak and Ale pie. We also enjoyed the puddings. The food quality or portion size was a bit off for the price and is what has held this review back from being 5 stars. However, the very comfortable atmosphere and generally good service and food mean we will be visiting again.
