Some inconsistencies in cost. Got breakfast 3 days in a row one day £16.50 next day £17.45 even though we got the same things. Staff are polite and helpful food is great and so is the coffee. The location is perfect and the interior is very cozy.

Ordered a caramel latte that tasted burnt. Long queue at tills so couldn't be bothered to wait and take it back. Seems like they needed more staff as tables dirty.

Founded in 1997 with 5 shops in London, Caffè Nero has over 1,000 outlets in the UK. We always enjoy our coffee here. Good to hear that Caffè Nero was one of the first to commit to paper straws in 2018.On our visit on 01-Dec around 4pm, our refreshments were excellent and the Caffè Team went the extra mile, checking the gluten index on purchases and also, enabling a loyalty card. Thank you guys.There was a minor issue with the restroom that was acceptable, but not excellent - it is difficult at the end the working day to maintain 100% cleanliness. If all customers left it as found, the Caffè Team's job would be easier!

We had coffee and hot chocolate which was fine if expensive. Disappointed that the gents toilets were out of order and the others patrolled regularly. If we're paying so much for a coffee, you'd think the least they could do is provide a toilet...

29.12.19 had a coffee here and found some papers in my coffee. When I ask what is that they change my spoon lol. Going back at the table with a new spoon found more paper in my coffee. Took the coffee back and without any apology or any other word girl said "I'll bring another one!" Would you drink another coffee here?
