Chips hard and re cooked chow main was chopped up as if someone sent it back and got put into our dish! Do Not recommend.. good one to order from is red dragon or Beijing city Not here

Really sorry to give a bad review as we have used Chans in the past and it was ok. But last night the quality of the food was really foul, order was wrong, chicken tasted strange - which is probably why I was chucking up all night. has ruined my birthday and will not be ordering from here again.

We order here all the time but I was shocked and disgusted when my crispy aromatic duck arrived. The cucumber was the same consistency as slime and the spring onion was incredibly dry. It’s obvious they had been made a while ago. Chans why do you think that’s okay?

Worst Chinese we've ever had the displeasure of ordering. One dish was inedible as it smelt and tasted like gone off fish. Took 2 hours to arrive on a Thursday evening. Everything, and I meant everything, was cold. Absolutely vile, the whole lot. We thought we'd try it, but honestly, don't be fooled by the reviews. Truly disgusting food and service. Would have 0 stars if possible.

I moved to sheffield in september, I was sad to leave my regular chinese takeaway yet excited to find a new favourite. I've spent weeks trawling various restaurants, each with their merits but all having negatives. maybe their chow mein was delicious, but their sweet and sour wasn't all that. perhaps their food was amazing but the portion sizes were too small.I found Chan's recently, and have yet to find a fault with their service. a few of my orders have even been earlier than just eat predicted (you love to see it) their portions are the perfect size, delivery drivers are friendly, all the dishes i've ordered have been the tastiest out of all the chinese takeaways i've been to and importantly, their prices are very goodin short: this is the best chinese takeaway i've been to in sheffield, and i will miss them during the christmas and summer holidays when i go home from university
