The food is worst I have ever tasted, ordered a chilli burger, basically it was two cheap burgers in a bun asked for wedges, tasted old asked for some salad which tasted weathered and not fresh and the chicken tasted raw should be called Chapeltown worst food is binned because that's we're it ended up

I've been ordering from CBK for a few years now. Best pizza's this side of Sheffield bar none!

Used this place several times now over a couple of years, for pizza. Good range on offer and prices are much more realistic than the big chains. Pizzas are always tasty. I prefer collection so that the pizzas are fresh and hot, altho big orders in the past have not disappointed when delivered several miles away. Recommended.

We are regulars of takeaways...nothing better than a kebab after a double shift at work!! Not ordered as much recently because of covid but have more recently from various places. Best kebab has always been our go to.. quick, nice and easy. Ordered yesterday for the for time in a while.. fine.. today.. just a few things wrong which I thought was unusual as long standing customers. I rang to say they had missed the tub of cheese sauce (not a big deal) and instead of the hot chilli sauce from the fridge they gave the standard one(again not a big deal). My partner said not to ring because it's usually right but I just wanted to let them know we are back in business - tell them what we usually order and that what we recieved was wrong... i am not one to complain but as a household we spend more on takeaway a week than we do food due to our jobs- we prob order 3 times a week. My issue wasnt with the wrong order. It was the attitude after when I rang- 'well what do you want me to do love'- well I didnt want them to do anything or bring me the missed order I just wanted them to know that this isnt what we ordered. I understand people can mishear things in a busy environment but he basically told me I was lying and didnt order what I said I had. I told them we ordered the same thing the night b4 and could check our orders and they said we never ordered the night b4.... not angry just disappointed. Oh.. and hungry.

We had two Doner Kebab Meals last night and they were nice. Chips and Doner were nice however the naan was a little hard and the salad was too focused on onions. Perfectly edible though. Would order again.

Really nice food and quick delivery times. The Donna kebabs are so nice best we've had in a long time, the free cheesy garlic bread was lovely.

Had difficulty ordering a mixed meat kebab and it wasn't what I expected. Pitta bread was separate from the meat so I had to make it myself and it was dry. It came with chips which I didn't ask for or want and the salad which I did ask for was just a bit of shredded cabbage and lettuce. My partner had a pizza which she said was good though. Thumbs up for their pizzas but I'd go somewhere else for a kebab next time.

Placed my order via Just Eat, which was easy and quick. No complaints there!!!!The order from Chapeltown Best Grill (you may want to amend that name, as it’s seriously wide of the mark, using the word best is laughable) was of their special kebab - a Paris Special Super size. It cost £9.00 and arrived earlier than normal, delivered by a chap suggesting that I enjoy my meal. The kebab that greeted me upon opening up the packaging, looked severely dry, over-cooked and inedible. How right I was as I attempted to eat it.The super size kebab is made up of lamb, chicken, kofte and doner meat, along with chips and a garlic bread base. Separate to this is the salad and as part of my order, two sauces.Adding the salad and sauces to the other ingredients, I tried my best to chew some of the lamb. Which was dry, tough and totally inedible. Putting this to one side, I then went to the chicken,This was flavourless, chewy and dry, as was the doner meat and chips.By now I was wondering how this could have come from an establishment that I had happily used a number of times in the past. Was it under new ownership, or had the previous quality sunk to such a low for some other reason. Looking at the recent reviews on Just Eat, proved I wasn’t the only person unhappy with the quality of the food on offer.I managed to eat about less than a third of the food, before giving up and feeding the bin with the remains. Reflecting on the disappointing quality and waste of money, I looked to Just Eat for help. Their advice was to contact the supplier and see if the problem could be resolved amicably.Sadly I don’t think that the business owner had read this information on Just Eat, as after hearing my complaint he became aggressive and began to argue with me, without wishing to hear my complaint in full. Suggesting that I’d took too long to complain and with that, he put the phone down.So here’s my suggestion. If you’re a consumer and you’re reading this. Please don’t waste your money with this establishment. Go elsewhere…don’t spend money on poor quality food or service. If you are the owner of the business. Why not take a course of customer satisfaction and how to handle genuine complaints. Also, get your staff some lessons in cooking and preparing food. That way you can offer quality, edible food that is actually worth the money!
