Chino's in Sheffield

Reading other reviews here confirms how bad of a business this outlet is. Zero customer service, I've managed things on the few occasions I placed order with them but I had no choice than to express my dissatisfaction on what was delivered to me night of 31st January, asides getting tasteless and extremely cold food items, they refused to send my correct orders after admitting the mistake. In a bid to be defensive when the 2hrs time frame for the delivery elapsed I was told they delivered what I paid for already. I've been bitter but comments here shows they are just what they are. I dare not try patronising the outlet again.

The food is horrific. Doner Meat looks like its been through the dishwasher. Only went there after a Party.. I don't live in the area. Will not be visiting again. The customer service is Zero.Just went through some of the reviews about this place. I am in hysterics. Some of the comments are hilarious. 99.9% of the reviews are bad. Went in, ordered food and payed. Was waiting for food, very drunk and collected it. Then they demanded that I pay with card scanner again. Very disrespectful, everybody knew something was off but was polite anyway. Never going there again. Period.

Order through UberEats, never had a problem. Food is always amazing and the delivery guys are friendly and at my house in a reasonable amount of time.

First time I ordered from this place, the delivery driver kept banging my door so hard I thought the feds come to raid me house, he didn't even have to wait long I was just upstairs the fries was not cooked & cold the pizza was ok but the chicken on the pizza was big fat slobs of chicken tikka not happy at all waste of money will not be ordering again

I never leave reviews, but this place deserves one…..every single time I’ve ordered I’ve had issues…..yes, why keep ordering I know, but it’s only been when cars been in garage etc, and because it’s open so late, but just found couple of others open till nearly the same time….to be fair, I’ve no complaints about the food, apart from it been absolutely freezing when it arrives because of the length of delivery wait…..but the customer service and delivery is appalling…..just read a few other reviews and people putting two hours are totally correct!!! I’ve been for collection so many times, (the guys inside are lovely I will add!) so they know who I am and that at one point I was a bit of a regular, yet all these times they’ve messed up delivery, never once been offered a discount!!! Not that that’s what I was after, I’d rather pay full price, tip the driver and have warm food that didn’t take ridiculous time to get there! Last time I ended up calling a taxi and went to McDonald’s drive through, because after around 2 and a half hours, they wouldn’t even answer the restaurant phone!! )professional!!!! Tonight food was cold, as took just over hour and a half, told them I’ll never eat there again…..yes some nights can take longer, but every time there’s been an issue. I wouldn’t say don’t go for collection because the foods nice in my opinion but I’d never order delivery!!!! I was fuming!!!!

This doesn't even deserve 1 star!27th I gave birth and 28th was stuck in hospital with my baby due to snow!My husband was at home ordered a takeaway and they accepted the order, took money and never brought food!Called several times just for them to take our number and details saying manager isn't in and we will be contacted....now we are on 19th December still waiting on refund!

Don’t bother wasting ur money in this restaurant, ordered food got delivered 2 hours later called to ask about my food nd they kept hanging the phone up on me. Food was cold nd salty when got delivered so straight to bin . They are just bunch of thieves and fraud so don’t waste ur money .

Order almost an hour late. Absolutely no update or contact from restaurant. Rang up 4 times and got phone put down when questioned where order is. Avoid at all costs. Much better service at other restaurants. First and last time ordering from here.

I would rate the second driver 5 as they was very respectful but apart from that I am very unhappy with the service we order around 11pm and they said it would get here latest 11:55pm my partner called up and they kept saying they was ringing us constantly but no answer we had the phone by us we had no call what so ever(phone and buzzer) then on the phone they said if we wanted our delivery bringing back up we had to pay another delivery fee when it seems to be that they pressed trade as quote " they kept pressing it and they couldn't get through and not allowed upstairs after 10pm, " also the door lock fully at 3pm which means they not be able to come up unless the rang our number on buzzer. Which works fine.
