Helpful and friendly staff. Got a table quick but sometimes might be a wait for a table if after 6pm but they do try to sit you as quick as they can. You can book a table especially if a concert or hockey match is on the same day at the arena. Food was amazing and their mocktails are wonderful. I would highly recommend going and trying the food and drinks. They also have a vegetarian and none vegetarian menus

Had a wait to get seated, but not a problem as had a drink at the bar area. Service was good, to say how busy it was. The food arrived pretty quickly, and was very good. Ive never had a bad experience here, and will continue to be a returning customer.

It is such an amazing place to eat and relax. The stuff is great, the food is divine, the drinks are delicious. I'll definitely go back for the yummy food 😋

I have visited this venue multiple times, my partner likes it, I've never rated it, however on our last visit the food was incredible nice. The venue was busy but the waiting staff did everything they could to get us a seat. I'd visit again.

*Crispy taco - awesome taste and presentation, definitely surprised and worth taking as starter.* BBQ Ribs full rack - nice, juice and soft meet what comes easy of bone. Unusual presentesation for rack of ribs, but taste will not let you down.4 stars tho because of greeting servise but that may be only because came in lunch time. Overall i would recommend to visit this place and have nice meal before or after movie.

It was very busy as there was an event on at the Arena. The hostess who greeted us said that there would be a 30 minute wait so we went to the bar and 28 minutes later we were sat down ordering food. Even though it was very busy, the service was spot on. Our waitress was chatty and friendly and we got our food in good time. I had prawn fajitas which were really tasty and we had churros for dessert. Good food, reasonable prices and good service. What more can you ask for.

This place was the best surprise Birthday event I've been for a longest of time. It cartered for all 17 of us, even though book for 15. It was very friendly staff and kids friendly. Perfect environment and kept our surprise Birthday cake for us. Awesome.

First visit to this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised!! Despite being pretty busy (it was a Saturday night), the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and the service was fast. Starters and mains were extremely tasty, and well cooked (including the correct spice levels).Special shout-out to Benjamin, who was first rate. Even though extremely busy, he took time to chat which was great

I haven’t been to a Chiquito in many years; a friend and I decided to give it a go, as the Mexican food looked good. The prices are a little high; however, the food was excellent, the staff were really friendly and they had great alcohol free cocktails. I’ll be back here in the future; if you’re a student don’t forget to show your ID for 25% off!
