We've eaten here on many occasions over a number of years. It is usually busy especially at weekends so best to book a table. The pub is cosy, The Staff are usually friendly atmosphere is relaxed. There is usually a specials board in addition to the menu. For me sometimes the food can be over fussy. Prices are reasonable. Parking is available just outside the pub. Toilets are clean. Definately worth a visit.

A lovely pub restaurant with sociable staff who were happy to ensure you had a good time. The menu was varied and plenty to choose from in all the sections. The service was excellent and food arrived quickly and efficiently.

Once again- a great meal here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. All of our meals were piping hot and delicious. The portion sizes are very good too!!

We've been regulars at this pub for many years and always enjoy our visit, whether it be for food or just a drink. A very friendly atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. Excellent food with a good choice and a Specials Board.

Really good food. Chips are almost roast potatoes, chunky and fluffy, not frozen. Warm soft baguette full of warm, tender, tasty brisket with onions...just delightful(my opinion). Been back several times, it is a treat. Lovely welcoming atmosphere. good service, nice outdoor eating/drinking area, decent size car park. Just wish it was nearer me !

Went for Saturday tea with the family. Service friendly and efficient and the food was gorgeous. Home made pie, chips with tons of veg and a pot of gravy for me - with hendos of course. Wife and daughter opted for the noodles which they liked a lot. Best pub meal we’ve had in ages with a good choice of drinks. Second visit and we’ll be back.

Went here yesterday for our anniversary. What can I say it was fantastic we had the steak pie my god it was amazing full of steak. And the chips hand cooked not frozen rubbish. Best pub food I’ve ever had will be going back soon. David and Sarah.

Just had the most enjoyable, tasty and well presented 3 course meal from their over 60s menu.I cannot recommend enough!Garlic mushrooms for starters were delicious and I could have made a meal of that on its own, it was so tasty...every bit of sauce was mopped up with the bread.The next two courses were equally delicious and beautifully presented.The service was was friendly and thorough and atmosphere calm and welcoming.I shall definitely be going again.
