We had such a good experience visiting. The lady behind the bar that evening was extrenely lovely, even offered to turn the fireplace on for us. We tried their special hot toddy - recommended! Very reasonable prices and good selection of whiskey, gin, and beer as well!

Great local city centre boozer. Atmosphere was amazing and it was like taking me back to Dublin. Also had the nicest smooth, creamy Guiness I'd been wanting for a long time. Will be a regular spot for me this going forward.Staff were friendly and had great craic too. 100% recommend if you want a nice friendly pub in the city centre.We were lucky enough on a Thursday to also get some live Irish music to where others who came for a drink brought an instrument.

'What the Folk' is a kinda open mic, sing/play night. Such a superb atmosphere. Great beers. Super friendly staff.

Great selection of drinks on tap, friendly staff and a lovely snug which seems to have kept it's original features, unlike the rest of the place but all in all, worth a visit.

Friendly staff, great drinks and loads going on depending what day you come in. Tables are well spaced out so you don't feel crammed in but easily close enough to make conversation and there's always been a good atmosphere when I've been in.

A gem of a pub in Sheffield. My son and I walked in for lunch after exploring Sheffield City Centre. Kitchen was about to close but no problems - Chef came back to cooked us two excellent burgers. Meat patties were excellent. Selection of local ales and bitters excellent and nice setup. Will make it a point to visit again when I am next in Sheffield.
