Domino's Pizza in Sheffield

This store is very unprofessional. Do not work here as they will steal money from your wages. I will be filling a claim against this store. Scums

Asked for ground beef to be removed and pineapple added, as they had no olives! When we got back to our accommodation and opened it there was no pineapple, although the beef had been left off and even though I'd seen a staff member checking inside the box while we were waiting for a lad we were showing directions to. Had recently ordered the same thing in Birmingham (although they did have olives) and got great service there, with staff pointing out the best deal and plenty of toppings. The Sheffield one wasn't bad, apart from the missing topping, but would have expected it to be at least as good as the Birmingham one, given that the same deal was £2 more expensive. The staff also didn't seem to be listening to what you said to them if their stock answer didn't answer your questions

Extremely poor delivery services. Waiting time 2 h plus.. After contacting the customer the response is driver is on his way for more than 1 h . Probably coming from heaven 😭😭

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered my pizza and it never arrived. The tracking system said it was delivered, but the delivery driver never showed up. No one knocked on my door and no one called me. They stole my money and won't even answer the phone, so I cant even make a complaint.

Domino’s use too be awesome best pizza ever but it’s gone down hill. Too many times now the pizza has arrived cold and the wedges have arrived undercooked and for the past month on tracking it has said delivered when it hasn’t been. Last night 30/10/21 at 3am I ordered a pizza and was told it had been delivered it hadnt When I rang they were rude too me and hung up on me eventually a cold pizza arrived 2 hours later I’ve been using dominos since 2009 and always been a regular customer they have no loyalty. They have lost me has a customer I don’t need this kind of stress I would rather go hungry then order fromYou again. And no there’s zero you can doToo make it right once trust is lost it’s lost forever

Ordered a VEGETARIAN pizza which was ment to arrival at 10, waited an extra hour to just to receive the wrong MEAT order which was also cold. I then phoned the shop where the guy told me I would have to wait an extra hour and a half for my correct order to come, by this time it was 12:30 and my appetite was ruined. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS DOMINOS BUT THE ONE ON ECCLESALL ROAD.

Delivery driver Praveen decided that he wasn't gonna deliver my food because he had to wait 15 mins as he was at the wrong entrance, then wouldn't pick up after calling him four times, so my girlfriend called and he told us that he's gone to do other deliveries instead, don't bother with here and order from somewhere else

Ingnorant staff who completely ignored our attempts to place an order.Asked for the staff members name and was compleo ignored. A disgrace to dominos who I have loved to order with previously. So sad to see the staff have no care for customers. For reference we tried ringing up also to place our order after being ignored for 20/30 minutes and was put on hold. Then after speaking to the male who was answering the phones was told to order on the app and ingnored after explaining we could not (date reference 14th june at 12:30am.Avoid this chain, clearly staff don't care for customers, extremely disappointing. Sad end to a good night
