Frankie & Benny's Meadowhall in Sheffield

As a Coeliac patient, I hardly ever eat out. Unless the place is Coeliac-UK accredited. So, I expected a non-eventful and safe meal at F&B's due to their certification. Ordered a gluten-free pizza and nothing else, just to be sure. Unfortunately, the after-effects of eating it have been terrible and I've had a bad case of gluten contamination. I'm surprised that F&B's is Coeliac-UK accredited. I genuinely want to discourage coeliac-patients from visiting this place, especially kids and young adults who might be drawn to their list of junk food items. It didn't bode well for me and I will never return to this facility.

One of the best I've been to for years (meadowhall Sheffield) clean, fast friendly service and not much waiting. Then to top it off my two children who are the fussiest eaters on the planet, ate everything! Zero complaints 👌 Will recommend and return.

5* service me and my partner went tonight for an early birthday tea, we approached a member of staff named Blaide as my oartners beer was flat. He was quick to sort him a new drink and take a drink off our bill, as a sorryAbsolutely fantastic service through tonight, especially to that particular staff member he came to check throughly if everything was okThe food was hot and tasty & came quick.Credit were credit is due.We will be back for definite 👍

Took my youngest daughter, two of her friends and my wife for my daughter's 19th birthday.It was absolutely spot on and I think the prices were realistic too.The fella who served us was excellent; good customer service makes such a difference.5 main means and drinks £88 which I rounded up to a ton.I was pleasantly surprised.

As usual another fantastic restaurant in the F&B chain. Always have a great meal at this chain & this establishment is no exception. The staff were friendly & perform their roles well. The price was acceptable & quality of the food & service was very good

Went today for a table of 10, and our 4 year old was unwell and was sick on the way to the toilet (nothing to do with the restaurant we hadn't even eaten). It went all over the place, in the corridor on the way to the toilet, in the toilet area etc. A lovely lady (found out it was the manager Sue) made us feel at ease in a stressful situation, cleaned it all up for us, got the little one a glass of water and made the whole situation so much less stressful. She was such a kind hearted lady and what a manager she is! Once I'd gone and got the little one a new outfit from Primark 😁 we sat down to eat, and the Table service after from a lad called Joe was amazing, he was really polite and nothing was any bother, 5 star service. Franky and Benny's you should give these guys some recognition they are a credit to you! ❤️ Food was really good too.

My little boy chose to come here for tea yesterday as a treat for an amazing week. We were seated straight away and given time to look at the menu. A waiter came and took our order and we didn't want long at all for drinks or food, it was really quick but the restaurant was really quiet.I had the grilled chicken burger and it was delicious!! The chicken was cooked perfectly and wasn't dry, I really enjoyed it.My little boy had Mac n cheese with broccolini, garlic break and chopped fruit with chocolate dip for dessert. We ended up boxing my little ones food up as he has problems with digestion so it takes him a long time. However, this was no bother to the staff and we were given boxes upon asking.He finished his meal a little later and he said he thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really lovely place, my son has autism and finds it hard to eat out around other people. staff here couldn't do enough, always puts us in a booth as requested or move us if needed so my son doesn't feel awkward, with other people seeing him eat and he can concentrate on conversation with us . The food is very good too👍. And it's quick so not long to wait.. highly recommended..Been a few time recently and not had 1 complaint on the food. We are trying something different every time. So far we have had pizzas, salads, salmon, burgers, loaded chips , meatballs , cheese garlic bread..all ready good.

Excellent food and service. Booked a table for 2 at 8pm and was seated right away and ordered quickly. Starters came out within’ 5 minutes. Ruta was our server and she’s polite, attentive and approachable! Left 12.00 gratuity for excellent service. Will be back next time I’m in Sheffield!

This is the last time we will ever come here. Food was disgusting. Its always a worry when you order for three people comes within 5 minutes.Mushrooms are from a tin and taste of chlorine. Bacon is more fat than meat. Two spoons full of beans. Very low quality produce.Honestly pathetic food. Shame F&B's wasn't a victim of Covid.
