Had a lovely meal here, the vegan chicken burger was really tasty! The food was brought out quick and hot and Megan our server was really lovely and made us feel welcome and not rushed at all! 10/10 would come back again!

Me and my partner visited this restaurant for the first time today. Very friendly and professional service by Sophie. The chef, Callum, cooked me one of the best rump steaks I've had in a long time and my partner was equally impressed with her stir fried duck.Highly recommended and will visit again when I'm in the area.

Awesome.No queue, courteous to the extreme. Fast service and a check back.Even double checked if we would like to leave the tip on or take it off. Exceptional service and the name on the receipt is Abbie. Deserves a well done from her manager.I had katsu curry. Tasted like katsu, medium spice level, served with noodles, nice crispy chicken. At £12 it was at the upper end of what it should cost I. E. YoSushi has it for £8, but worth it for the service.Daughter has vegan burger and was impressed at how tasty it was.My only negatives are watch the prices. I think no queue = bit pricier than competitors. And the booths are quite tight.Worth a visit.

Don’t usually have restaurant burgers, as normally I find them tough or chewy or too much to eat. Ordered the cheese burger and probably one of my top 5 favourite restaurant burgers. Wasn’t too much to finish, the flavours really complimented each other. Our server Ollie was very good and ensured we enjoyed our experience here. The smoothies are refreshing and tasty. All together, was a very enjoyable experience.

Went to Meadowhall over the weekend for a shopping trip with a friend and we decided to try Giraffe. We were so glad we did, the food was great we had the chicken katsu and duck stir fry. Both had a little bit of a spicy kick but not too much which was nice. Our server was Jenni, she was fab and a total credit to the company, she knew how to answer our questions about the menu, kept checking in on us, bought the bill and the card machine over at the same time (time saver or what!!) and even asked us if we wanted to pay the service charge or take it off, we happily paid it! Great food, great service, we will be back next time we are in Sheffield!!

Nice restaurant. The vegan menu is a little limited when it comes to the variety of food, but they did still have vegan options. We had the chicken katsu curry and the Korean BBQ chicken with a coconut latte. Was nice food, but it is spicy, so if you cannot handle your spice at all then maybe try something you know definitely won't be spicy. My mouth was on fire

My first meal at the Giraffe restaurant : The chips were cold yet the burger was delicious ; a 10% service charge was added automatically to our bill which I thought was quite unfair.The aftermath : The owner of the restaurant sent me an email and gave me a 30% discount without service charge if I returned - this is incredibly generous.My second meal : It took 5 minutes to book a reservation despite only 4 other parties being in the restaurant, the earliest reservation was in 40 minutes, 15 minutes to get ordered, 15 minutes for drinks to come out then a ridiculous 20 minutes for the bill to come out (after being asked if we wanted it). It was nice to see that the burger size had improved ,though it wasn't particularly warm ,I ordered a second tiny-sized water when our meals arrived and it finally arrived after we had finished our meal. When we eventually got our bill the 30% discount had been added (saving us £10.50) but the service charge had not ; at this point I couldn't be bothered to mention it as it would take another 10 minutes to get it sorted and we just wanted to get on with our day.The aftermath : Giraffes food is delicious but the service is poor and slow.

Had a delicious Chicken Katsu Curry. Totally recommended! Staff were all very nice and so was the waitress. They even allowed us to choose whether or not we wanted to pay the service charge (we did) which I thought was very nice of them.

I had a lovely experience. The staff are so friendly, my server was Kieran who was very helpful and kind. He made sure we got our meals the way we liked it which is really nice of him. I had a burger and it was so good, they have great food. I definitely reccomend this place if you're looking for a nice place to eat with good quality food and service :)

First time visiting yesterday, wasn’t too busy. Food service was quick and the waiter serving us was fast and efficient. All of us absolutely loved our meals. I had the Thai duck stir fry and it was phenomenal. Only slight issue was long wait for the bill even though we had quite a few staff walk past our table and ignore the fact we were ready to leave which I would understand if it were busier. Apart from this everything else was perfect and we will be visiting again ! I recommend.
