Nice Casino, plenty of on site parking. Friendly helpful staff, good food and decent bar area. Plenty of screens around to see all the sports on offer.

Went in about three times in one month to play slots . OMG first time i went was about 5pm there was about 12 players on machines and not one of us got a bonus in a hour was eating and eating cash . Left after that. Thought it carnt be as bad every time so went back a week later around same time this time after £100 in dropped a bonus paid £20 lol. Then just was not paying out on every bonus appalling not even half return on what I'd staked. Third time I though right I'll go one last time if its the same as before I won't ever go back and guess what again took £200 to drop a bonus that only paid £3 . How bad is that guys to say the games are mostly 95% RTP .

The car park is a total con, there are signs around the site that state £4.50 to park all day you then get a fine because it is private land. I appreciate that this is operated by a 3rd party but Grosvenor Casino should be ashamed to associate with such a scam. AVOID AT ALL COST

Is different to most casinos as more relaxed but if you want to get to a table and fancy a chat and dont want loud noises and enjoy spending time relaxing with no pressure then this is place for you is great and bar is nice.Staff are friendly and know what they are doing and chips are like brand new which if u gone to a Casino before you love the feeling of a clean new chip in your hand.Has good entertainment on all time also.

Worked here for years. Everything under one roof - bar, restaurant, live music and stage shows, roulette, black Jack, poker. A guaranteed great night out. And home of the great Ricky K!
