Hong Kong House in Sheffield

Been waiting well over 2 hours, my family and I was looking forward to a Cousy night in watching a film and food, this is ridiculous spoilt our night, never again !!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered online at 22.23 on 12th Oct and I chased order up @ 22.40 and the lady says ‘driver has just been sent out and should take 5-10mins...’. It’s currently 00.00am and still no show or call either. This is absurd! They should just close down because their customer service is less than 0 on a scale of 10.Anyone reading this I strongly advise you to look no further in buying from this shop. I haven’t tasted their food yet and I am certain it’ll be poor anyway seeing that their customer service is already a failure.If I had read previous reviews I would have had a big pass.

Ordered a meal at 8pm they said 1hour delivery which was fine waitwd till 9.30 called back they said my food was cold so sent a fresh one out with driver i waitied will 9.50 called back and asked if would get any discount as waiting so long the lady said next time. I would not recommend this place

Shocking 3 hours waiting for no show!! The only reason we waited was cause we have ordered many of times! Never again told 4 times it was on its way.... cancelled order went else where.... 0 stars for me avoid now at all cost as it's badly run by idiots

Absolutely disappointed chicken from my chicken chow main stunk like not fresh. Called to them and they were rude to me. Never back again

Ordered food at 5:20, got told a maximum arrival time of 40 minutes.Called 40 minutes ago, told the driver would be 5 minutes away. Only to hear just now he was only sent out 10 minutes ago.Left on the phone with no response, pure ignorance. Delivery driver is irresponsible as are all the customer service staff.Currently 6:51pm, just had the phone put down.Liars, irresponsible and disgusting. Do NOT go there. A shop run by all teenagers could give you better service then these people could!

Bland food, but I don't appreciate being lied to by your delivery driver.A £19 meal had £3 charges (£2.50 delivery, 50p service charge JustEat) total £22.Driver lied on arrival that I had the amount wrong and it was £22.60.I said twice I'm sure my amount of £22 was right? I felt bad that I got the amount wrong with it being cold outside, so gave him another £1.Now I don't care about 60p/ £1, it is the principal I care about. Being lied to, to my face, just to get extra money.

Vile. Tasteless food. Never coming here again yuk yuk yuk. So disappointed I love Chinese food and this was so disappointing. Waste of money and food. Such a shame it's massacred and called a Chinese takeaway like this when there are people struggling to eat elsewhere. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

Ordered hot and spicy tofu with rice and vegetable spring rolls. Food didn't take long and it was tasty. Loads and tofu and loads of vegetables packed into the box.

Great food, reasonable price. Paid £10.90 for a main course, rice, and spare ribs. All the food was of a high standard and still piping hot by the time I'd driven home. Ordered in person and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes at 11.30pm on a Saturday night which was impressive. Service was polite and quick.
