Ordered a couple dishes and they were all well nice

Delicious food, Really fresh and hot, The salt & pepper chicken is so good! We will order again.

Worse food I have ever tasted in my whole life and I'm not exaggerating. I'd say that the rice dishes tasted burnt, chicken was overcooked and was like rubber. The chips were so greasy and tasted off, if that's even possible. Took 3 hours to deliver, £31 for that.

This is by far the worst takeaway I have ever ordered from.. i ordered the food from just eat and was told it would be 45 minutes delivery time after 1 hour and 30 minutes and 2 phone calls the food finally arrived, my order came to £20.40. when the driver got here he told me to place the money on my step and he would leave the food when I closes the door... so far so good.. I shouted thru the door to keep the change to which he said "not enough money.. and wanted £23.90.. I checked just eat and the order confirmed it to be £20.40.. but at this stage Is waited that long I could have eaten a scanny horse stuck between 2 bread vans so I went back upstairs for the rest of the money and paid it anyway. After coming inside I decided to ring the takeaway to ask why my order was more to which the woman told me I had rang them to order crispy seaweed that I never did. I mean no human being eat that do they.. she then called me a lier and put the phone down.. I was angry but by this stage I had stage 1 anorexia so decided to eat what I had (minus the seaweed) the problems got worse, the salt and pepper chips was I think made out of bicycle iTunes and the crispy shredded beef mooed at me when I opened the lid... it was the worse takeaway I've ever ordered and the only one I've received that came woth something I didn't order and got charged for... I will never order from here again and am actively campaigning for the government to close this eatery unless you like on tube and vegan ocean plants. Worst food ever

absolutely the worst Chinese ever ordered from here tonight as our usual one was closed presumably due to the weather as they are normally open attitude of person answering the phone was absolutely disgusting at the end of the call she didn't say how much it would be or how long instead just said ok bye with an attitude food arrived stone cold it was that cold the curry sauce was setting food tasted awful did not enjoy it one bit avoid Hoo Wah at all costs spent £26.80 for what I decided to treat my partner tonight as she has done so much at work being an essential worker during covid- 19 and she deserves it and even she hated the food

Food apauling. Rice reheated and over cooked. Ordered beef not even sure it was beef. Small portions. Charged £1.50 delivery on a £17 order. Attitude of staff disgraceful. Delivery driver aggressive. Worst chinese food ever ordered. Do not use!!!

We pre ordered for this evening for the food to arrive at 8pm. I have just been on Just Eat to discovermy order had been cancelled! Nobody bothered to contact me.No explanation.Disgusting customer service.

Ordered takeaway tonight and was very disappointed sweet and sour chicken only got 6 balls and very over cooked so chicken was very dry and batter to hard to eat. Chicken chow main the potion was very small compared to other take aways around and more expensive, will not be going back again.

Literally the worst takeaway I have ever eaten. Disgusting flavourless food whilst also being massively over seasoned. Also missing prawn crackers we paid for from the order which they of course wouldn’t send a driver back with ( I wouldn’t either but it’s besides the point ). What did arrive was literally inedible

I have never had chicken and pineapple that tasted so bad, I put a folk full in my mouth and spat it back out it made me gag. I will never order from here again. The egg fried rice tasted funny the plain chow mein was salty and the crispy seaweed also didn't taste right. I normally order from wok master on Wordsworth drive and their food is excellent but they were closed so thought I'd give these a try what a mistake. The food was not of a good standard and anyone who has given a 4 or 5 star go to wok master and then you will know a 5 star Chinese. The meal cost £27 and it ended up in the bin we all had a sandwich instead.
