Lovely welcome. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable warm and homely ambience. Lovely food. Tapas Saturday and traditional roast on Sunday. Delicious mini deserts so your able to try a few.

Just celebrated a family 80th birthday for 20people. We all had a great time and fantastic food. The preplanning and the evening itself was so relaxing and Elizabeth and all the staff were so lovely, highly recommended

A warm welcome and lead to a beautifully laid table. Drinks brought swiftly with menus. Food arrived timely given it was cooked from fresh to order, an order of magnitude or too higher than ordinary 'pub food'. Presentation, quality and taste excellent. Worth every penny in my opinion. A lovely environment to eat in and suitably special for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We ate here last night for a celebration dinner. It was fantastic. The food was outstanding and the service the same. Staff very attentive but not overbearing. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend 👌

We had a fantastic meal here last night. The food was exceptional. I had the scallops and the hake. The rest of the party had different things and highly recommended them all. They had our favourite red wines on the menu too- we’ve never seen them in restaurants before. All very reasonably priced too. The highlight was the way they were so accommodating with my three year old son. They went above and beyond- even getting him his own toddler table and play box! We will 100% be going back!
