Pleasant functional hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Local car park with hotel discount very helpful. We were just there for one night and didn't use the bar or restaurant or other services.

Beautiful looking hotel which is only 10 minutes walking distance from the station. Staff were lovely except when leaving. We weren’t asked how our stay was and didn’t give us a chance to explain how the AC wasn’t working. An inadequate heater was provided in the room which didn’t help at all and we were left in a cold room. £200 for two nights and was left with a sub par experience. Will not be returning in a hurry.

Me and my mum were given a key card each but, one day when I went out by myself and came back to the hotel I couldn't get back in my room.Turns out I needed both of the key cards to get into the actual lift and get into my room. With the amount of money this company makes, you think they would at least have the decency to provide actual updated working key cards.I will not be booking or using this outdated hotel ever again!

Lighting in the room/bathroom wasn't as great however this is perhaps quite subjective. The bed was comfortable and overall room cleanliness was acceptable. The AC/Heater didn't work at all and the mini heater couldn't keep up to warm the room. Management did try to sort this but the alternative was less than what we had paid for. Breakfast was standard and organised quite well. The staff were excellent throughout and compensated us for our troubles where they could. The parking area is about a 2 minute walk so not ideal if you're carrying a heavy bag. In this instance the elevators didn't work at the parking facility so more of an inconvenience than anything and probably out of the hotel's remit.

False advertisement across their listings on booking websites. Says it has room service, it doesn't, says it has electric kettle and tea/coffee maker, it only has a kettle says it offers breakfast in your room, it doesn't. Both rooms were cold and simply wouldn't heat up even with ac set on maximum heat setting, cold air was still blowing out, we both changed rooms and it was the same in all 4 rooms. Smoking area is closed off because "it's too windy" but is situated on the inside of the sky rise where there is literally no wind. Wouldn't have even considered this hotel at the price they offer without the services I've listed as I wanted a few treats in my room while I was away.

Room was ice cold as heating system was not working. Told receptionist told waiting on maintenance.had to leave them due to cold. Waited 2 hours still nothing spoke to reception again said they are busy. Bar staff Melissa and Emily was absolutely lovely. reception staff put the job on the them for the heaters.

Nice Hotel with very helpful staff, although no room cleaning service when we stayed (02/2022). Great Location for city centre

Room was fine.TV didn't work - was put on the other side of an adjoining room that had guests in ? Where is the logic in this ?So you keep other guests awake half the night while the other ones enjoy their stay ?

Very conveniently placed hotel to explore the centre of Sheffield. Whilst the car park in not next door it's a short walk up the road, an arrangement is in place for cheaper parking if you scan the token at the hotel before you leave. Rooms clean and well presented, bed extremely comfortable, bathroom could be argued a little small. Breakfast was extremely comprehensive with proper sausages! Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend

Convenient location but it's on a main roundabout and outside a club, so expect some noise. Not for light sleepers. We requested a quiet room when booking but the hotel ignored it.No parking. You'll need to park at a public car park. Rooms are quite small, even the executive room we stayed in. Cleanliness was OK but not amazing.Biggest issue was staff. They seem very stretched/stressed. I tried calling reception at least 5 times over a few days and not once did they pick up. Hotel seems understaffed and that impacts guests with long queues at reception and poor service. As they're not servicing rooms you need to call for things like fresh towels, and since they can't pick up the phone you need to go to the front desk and ask in person. You'll get what you asked for in an hour if you're lucky.
