Absolutely delightful service. You dont get customer service like that very often!

1st time we’ve used Kins Kitchen, fantastic food, good sized portions and a LARGE bag of free prawn crackers, we will definitely return.

Unfortunately duck in black bean sauce has little to no duck, phoned about this because its mainly veg to be told that's how it is, prawn crackers soft and chewy obviously yesterdays not fresh, wouldn't recommend anything with meat in

Fantastic food, always piping hot when delivered or when collected. Freindly polite staff. Highly recommended A+++++++

Shop. Empty service poor. Food not the best... crab soup was "surimi " not nice Ribs very poor... well below normal standard. Cash only also. Not cool

What a pity just ordered some food. Had it delivered had ordered 2 portions of spring rolls which we adore. Had one portion delivered between 4 of us. I rang up and asked where other portion was. I was told by 'the girl' that they were busy and could we knock it off bill next time. I said in other words we are sharing 2 spring rolls between 4 and she said yes they were too busy. I said what else would we be given next time. She said nothing. We pay on average 25 to 30 every Friday. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been a regular customer for years will not be going again. Ordered starters and was not provided them upon the delivery .Called them up to be told knock them off the next order by the girl on the phone as they were busy.i was then rushed off the phone by the girl who said holding the line up as she needed to take orders I understand customer relations is a must when you are a business .I can not believe they can take your money and not even apologise or refund the amount this is a step foo far

Been ordering from here every time I fancied a Chinese for near 10 years now and never once had a bad meal. In store staff are always polite and helpful when it comes to placing an order, and they're always near enough spot on when it comes to delivery times. Prices are reasonable, quality of food is great and portions are generous. Wouldn't think of ordering a Chinese from anywhere else.

Not very nice luke warm and springs rolls was very very greasy all i could taste was grease £15 in the bin will not be ordering again. Had bigger portions elsewere for less money. Sweet and sour sauce was a browny/orange in colour and taste of vinegar. Bbq sauce was brown not much meat on spare ribs. Overall not much and over priced. Very disapointed

Poor quality food ordered without onions due to allergies and Kung po arrived full of onions so one hungry girl. Other half said the quality was very low. Even prawn crackers were stale
