Lucky Fox in Sheffield

Best fried chicken around. Don't skip the bacon gravy either

Been a few times and its always great food/vibe. However, one time they ran out of sample syrup for chicken n waffles... Cmon. If you're serving waffles you better have syrup 😅

Extremely disappointed. Was looking forward to trying Lucky Fox as it is one of the top rated restaurants in Sheffield. I thought the chicken would be on the bone (like fried chicken should be) but they were Chicken Tenders. This wouldn't have been a problem if the chicken was actually edible. All of the chicken was literally burnt to a crisp and was tasteless. The waffles were just average waffles, a bit soggy but this is normal when ordering a delivery. The best part of this £15 meal was the can of San Pellegrino. Don't waste your money here.

Amazing!The service was quick and it’s reasonably pricedThe chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle. Gravy was unique and very tasty. Only downside would be the door was kept open so had to eat in my coat.Would highly recommend and if I’m in Sheffield again will definitely return

Was recommended Lucky Fox by our friends who are local, and we're glad they did! Ate around 4pm on Friday, only one or two free tables. We shared the chicken and waffles, chicken sando and hot wings, unfortunately they were out of mac n cheese. The chicken was super juicy, with a really tasty yet unique crispy coating. Recommend adding extra hot sauce to your waffles! Good selection of canned beers, overall a very enjoyable experience.

Had a takeaway meal a week ago. The chicken was over done and the chips were not the usual ones, and were undercooked. It was awful! I got my money back from the 3rd party delivery company but had also emailed lucky fox to show them the quality of food I received and didn’t even get a reply. If you want, either burnt chicken or undercooked fries then this place is for you!

Went here tonight with three others and enjoyed it . The food is really nice with a good selection of food on the menu. In terms of alcohol there is only beer, which was fine for me, but not some others I was with.I would suggest that you need a side with the main we got the mac and cheese, and some wings which was really nice. The OG burger was really nice!The inside area is small but there are some seats outside. We sat outside which was fine. My only criterism is the service could have been a bit better. The table was not set up with cutlery we had to ask for these. In addition some staff were not that welcoming.The above said I would still return here.

Simple comfort food executed to perfection. The chicken breast tenders were juicy and the fries were so beautifully seasoned. Great portions at great prices keeps me coming back for more! Always greeted with friendly faces, service is high up with the food quality. Highly recommend!
