Portions surprisingly small for the price. It's not often I would use Macdonald's, but why don't they have brown sugar at least for their relatively good coffee? Toilets tend to be dirty each time I have been

·

Beef burger tastes like rubber in my opinion. But personally I hate McDonald's, everywhere else was closed I so I had no choice but to go go there. Staff seemed to be working hard, got my order quickly but would rate the food 2 out of 10 so the 3star review is down to the staff

·

It is what it is with any McDonald's, cheap and quick service. The entrance is very narrow and constantly a bottleneck trying to get in. Waiting to collect is also interesting due to how busy it is in there all the time

·

Food was not bad, no cola even though it was early in the morning, feel sorry for the staff lots of undesirables hanging around outside, must put a lot of people off from wanting to enter, understand why it's rammed with takeaway drivers it's probably the safest way to get get your food.

I understand that during busy periods, it's difficult to get orders sorted. Especially when there's a bit of a queue for delivery orders. I had to wait 15 minuits for the food I ordered. (that I didn't mind so much. Annoying, but they had lots of delivery guys waiting so can't be helped.)But my coffee had been made at the start of the order and left on the drinks counter until the rest of the meal was completed, it was barely warm. The bacon roll was cold too. 😓The time before, I ordered a bacon roll. (as a meal.)I ended up with an egg sausage muffin, which I couldn't eat (not a fan of the sausage 😅.)I didn't realise until I had gotten to work with it to sit and eat. Gave it to a co-worker, so at least it didn't go to waste. But no breakfast for me.I used the app, and double checking I clearly ordered a bacon bap.At least the hash browns were hot.

Got a double cheese n bacon n extra salad - lettuce is free but 40p for a slice of tomato is a bit steep! Quick ish service - it was rammed & staff struggled to keep up with table cleaning turnarounds - understandably. Oh & they had finished breakfast early & didn't know why!

MACDONALD's HIGH STREET SHEFFIELD.Waited a few minutes until the lunch menu appeared on the selection display at 11am. I ordered a burger for myself and the begger sat outside. There were hardly any queues and around 10 orders waiting to be processed. I was kept waiting 15 - 20 minutes for my simple order to appear. After eventually receiving my order, I discovered it was in a MESS and STONE COLD. I could only sympathise with the begger who needed hot food more than I did.I noticed that the staff behind the scenes putting the orders together were extremely lax and tossing the boxes of burgers into the receiving tray with a 'Don't Care Less' attitude, the contents of which were seperated and did not resemble the picture perfect images on the menu or indeed how I used to receive my meal.Exceptional Circumstances or no Exceptional Circumstances, the service, product and CUSTOMER should not suffer.Unless the quality of service improves dramatically sooner rather than later, I will be spending my money elsewhere thankyou very much!

Firstly, the girl named Megan on the front counter was very helpful even though the store was so busy. The brown lady on DA was very very very kind! She never noticed that I didn't have any sugar for my coffee and offered me some at my table without me even having to ask! A dining assistant that considers the little details is a dining assistant that deserves many flowers. THANK YOU! Your service does not go Unnoticed.

More than 50% of seats are high stools, which disabled folks can't use and able-bodied patrons don't appear to use either (based on 2 visits) because they're awkward & uncomfortable. So no tables free for disabled customers as there's not many. There's also not a table set aside specifically for wheelchair users who might come to the restaurant. We weren't even an afterthought. Why are those high spinning stools even there? Just to make the space less accessible? Because that's what it looks like. Now onto what everyone cares about:Some items cold when you receive it which is odd, and my filet o fish had no sauce. I wouldn't have been able to go back up to have it fixed myself, luckily my partner was there to do so. They weren't especially happy about it tho did give new one with plenty of sauce. Other than that it was fine, however they don't regularly clean the tables nor empty the trash so it's quite dirty the times I've been. Is that because they're not putting enough employees on each shift, as I suspect? Or someone not doing their job? Some unruly young men in tracksuits were causing trouble, shouting and bothering people. The entire place could hear. They were insulting the employees - which knowing how hard fast food employees work (at least back home in America), is despicable - but the security guard and an employee remained professional and got then to leave after not too long. Employee laughed it off then said, "Always a good time at McDonald's" which gave me a good chuckle. I give the security & that guy 5 stars! I can't imagine what they have deal with day in and day out.

The place was a tip, chips luke warm and soggy, same as the Big Mac. Staff couldn't be bothered. How can you charge the extortionate price. Totally not good enough.
