Great place,modern ,very clean,good staff.Evening meal very tasty and great value for money.

Great service, gin and wine néw glass each item. Prawns superb, mains exceptionally good. Luxurious surroundings.

Been here twice. Love the atmosphere. The bar isn't as expensive as I expected. Poker, 3 card poker, blackjack, roulette and slot machines. Watching some people play is mesmerising, the amounts that they bet makes you wonder where it comes from. You can go in as a guest or become a member, but you MUST bring ID.

I'd like to say that I could review my experience of the inside of this venue, however we never really got inside.Apparently my partner being hearing impaired, which also makes his speech and language delayed makes him appear too drunk to be able to enter the venue despite not actually being drunk. The door staff rudely and abruptly ask you to prove your invisible disability to warrant entry, humiliating you in front of a queue full of people, then ask you to leave and guide you to the exit because you dont carry your doctors notes around with you. Usually the hearing aids are enough.Appalling discrimination that resulted in us missing out on a family birthday celebration.I did try to message Napoleon's privately to inform them of the situation, the message has been seen, but not responded to so I'm afraid I'll have to leave a 1 star review.

Absolutely shocking treatment. Need some real men on the door, who know whats going on. Shame, as the casino is average at best inside but the staff are 1 star all year around.

Excellent food, great service, good value. Not as busy as usual this time of year, probably the dreaded Covid again.

Excellent food and service in the restaurant as usual. Really poor service on the tables, croupier had a bad attitude, swearing when he realized he had given the same colour chips to 2 players a deeply unpleasant man. Also why do you not give gaming chips meal packages? What use is a fruit machine token when a group of friends go out together?

Went here for a 'slower-paced' end to an evening 'at the dogs'. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, food and drink excellent. Will definitely be going again, might even have a bet next time

Nice looking and nice casino.FOOD looked good but tasted blandMeatballs straight from iceland never seen salt and pepper.Burger straight from jack fulton's freezer complete with chunks of fat and gristle.Chocolate brownie was somehow dry and sticky worst I've had.Won't eat there again....

Meal was fantastic , restaurant staff the lady that ran it was amazing , made us all feel special . Casino betting was strange we were a family of 8 and only 3 people around a table , didn't work as a family night out .
