1st visit to noodle doodle and for convenience we opted for a set meal. Our daughter and her partner selected dishes from the vast menu. None dissapointed. More than generous portions, piping hot and up there as one of the best Chinese meals we've had. Drinks were very well priced too. Service was great no complaints at all.

Food was horrible and overpriced. I (a Malaysian) have found myself at noodle doodle twice before out of sheer desperation to curb my homesickness. Every time after, the food was so inauthentic that I wished to have my Malaysian citizenship revoked. Today was the last time I will ever step foot in there. I ordered the nasi lemak, curry laksa and roti canai- all of which are classic Malaysian dishes. They were laughably bad. Huge portions, sure, but flavourless and expensive. I have heard that the owners and staff are no longer Malaysian- just eating the food was enough to confirm this. I do not recommend coming to this restaurant.

Visited the restaurant recently. Food quality has dropped considerably. Ordered both prawn soup and Malaysian laksa noodles, broth were very thin. Chicken felt like congealed meat, rubbery. Tasted like prawn soup, but definitely not Malaysian laksa.Ordered soya milk, hoping it would be freshly hand made. Turns out to be "more than likely" Vitasoy-alike soymilk, which was warmed up and served in a cheap plastic cup. Even the roadside vendors back in South East Asian countries would have the courtesy to serve in a proper glass/mug.When asked for the bill, was told to pay in cash. Waitress said the card machine Wifi connection was poor, but we were sat literally couple of feet away from the till. She reluctantly asked us to pay at the till (which was fine by me). After paying, we noticed they had a little poster up on the wall selling frozen durians for £22/pack. This time, the waitress said this transaction MUST be paid in cash. We didn't have enough on us and the audacity, she told us to go withdraw some cash at the ATM (in the rain!!!).Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Most disappointing and not authentic Mee Goreng ever. The description clearly state that it is yellow noodle but turned out to be something totally different. Yet the waitress insisted that this is how Malaysian Yellow Noodle should be and they have always serve it like this. In that case maybe you should change the photo in your menu because it was clearly the right kind of Malaysian Yellow Noodle. Shocking service 🤯🤯

The most authentic laksa I have tasted outside of Penang!

If you want to experience real authentic Malaysian & Chinese cooking in Sheffield, this is the place. The dishes are tasty, well cooked and full of flavour. This is my favourite Asian restaurant in Sheffield by far and I recommend highly.

Very good good and good music playing in the background. It did take some time to get my food. But that was on a Sunday so I’m not disappointed. But overall it was good and the food is served in big portions so get ready to take some food away.

The Kuay Teow was alright. Felt it lacked garlic. The Honey Roast Pork & Char Siu Pork was very dry. Felt like it was microwaved. The Hainanese Chicken Rice was extremely bland, really lacked flavour. It needs more garlic and proper garnishing. However, despite the main dishes. The vegetables were pretty good, and the ambience was pretty good.Won't go back for the food, but would probably go back for the drinks

Cozy place & friendly staffs. We’ve been here many times to get our Malaysia food craving fixed. The food were delicious & generously proportioned. My favourites are butter squid, salt & pepper squid, seafood asparagus & char kuew teow👌🏻
