Pizza Hut Drakehouse Sheffield in Sheffield

Pizza was great, always go for the Chicken Supreme. Lovely staff and great food. Pizza was a little greasy but what can you say, it’s fast food!Very nice meal and lots of space in the restaurant, normally not too busy so you can almost always get a table.

The food would rate 5 star but my rating is being pulled down by the stupid app that wouldn't work for either of us. What happened to just being served.

Went here for the buffet and wow I am full to the brim. Nice to see the self service is back and the order and pay at the table has been implemented nicely. No more waiting around for the bill.Even though the place filled me up it was running at a slower pace compared to its meadowhall retail counterpart. But all in all good food.

Went for the buffet lunch. Everything was fine like expected. Lovely helpful staff and great pizza all round...

You can always rely on pizza hut to have good quality food. I'm a regular at a different pizza hut down south, but everything is pretty much the same; great choice of vegan pizza (I recommend the vegan stuffed crust) and salad bar was well stocked with plenty of choice.

Very limited menu, they had run out of lasagna at only 3pm, I don't do cheese so only thing I had was two chicken wing baskets with chips (sides). Service was adequate however, and the food was good.

Went here yesterday for a birthday outing.First off the staff were really friendly helpful and on hand all the time.Parking is great and there were lots of free spaces.Seating area if you have to wait is bright, clean and comfyWe were seated very quickly and talked through how to order online exc.Menus were very clear and areas very clean lots of space between tables as wellToilets were clearly pointed out and very clean as well and you could tell they had been maintained throughout the day.The food was really really good, the salad bar area as well as ice cream station and buffet/drink area was faultless and very clean again. They had lots of vegan and veggie options which is really good in this day and age so plenty of options for none meat eaters while still maintaining plenty of meat options as well.I dint really drink alcohol but they do serve it along with hot drinks and bottles. All in all we really enjoyed our experience at this pizza hut and will definitely be returning soon.Tip marks to the staff they really added to the experience 👍

It's pizza hut so the lunch buffet is great value for all you can eat. All the salad was fresh and the pizzas were fantastic. Great selection of sauces and vinegarettes.

The pizza was nice, and so were the fries, but that was about the only good thing about this place. The serving staff were polite but did not ask us if we needed anything, and were not present on the floor, leaving me having to chase someone down just for some salt. They put the meals on the table and sprinted the other way before even asking us or giving us chance to ask if we wanted anything else. Got up to ask for some garlic mayo, saw the little packets on the buffet and nearly got my hand bitten off for going to get one by the rudest kitchen staff. Told me all the sauces were on the salad section very sharply, however NOT A SINGLE sauce is labelled, so picked up something vaguely garlic mayo looking, it was not garlic mayo. It was some sort of nasty vinegarette.Tried to flag a waitress down several times however they all avoid even looking at customers, finally flagged who i assume was the manager while she was rearranging every table surrounding us while we were eating. She got it immedietly.Food was good service was awful

Pizza hut was lovely, love the new additions to the menu especially the vegan and vegetarian options. Including BBQ Jackfruit :o great service, nice salad bar. The only thing is the unlimited ice cream machine needed refilling after one use and didn't get done for another 20+ minutes we had to go before we could have more. Also bit on the pricey side unless you have 241 vouchers.
