Was unfortunately scammed out of a tenner from this particular Pizza Pronto.Waited and listened up to 40 minutes beyond the estimated time of arrival - nothing.No knock, no lights; order listed as "Delivered", and card transaction went through.Requested a refund or a second delivery. They refused.Took the money and moved on.Advice to future patrons: They're open until 3am, but don't order beyond midnight.If their driver gets lost, they'll eat your food and go about usual business.EDIT:Re-ordered the day after. Opt'd to pay by cash this time.Driver handed me the food and receipt, then went about my day.Police came few days later. (Driver called them)Showed them the receipt, transaction, and explained the situation.Didn't see anything wrong and went about their business.5 out of 10. Wouldn't get scammed again.One order received, one order paid for. ;)

22.06.2020; Stopped here with my friends after hiking in the Peak District, the man behind the counter was very friendly, also catered for my friend that was Vegan, the Pizza was fantastic, affordable, I would definitely visit again when cutting through Sheffield. Recommended! Stephen Atkin! :)

Food was amazing and service even better couldn't have done enough. I'm stopping in Sheffield children's hospital with my little boy and they even said they would deliver to the ward for me. Highly recommended

First time we had been, but we will be going again..the pizza, garlic bread and fries were great would recommend to anyone.

The pizza is alright.Don't make the mistake of ordering BBQ chicken wings; the end product is what can only be described as foul chicken bits covered in unholy sauce. I wouldn't wish those wings on my worst enemy.
