Pret a Manger in Sheffield

Stickers saying fruit smoothies out of stock but they are in stock? Clearly a tactic to put people of ordering. I get the distinct impression pret members are a burden despite them putting money into your business? I get the hospitality industry is tough and you’re busy but if you don’t like your job, find a new one as the staff here really look like they hate it. Yes I have a subscription and no I don’t always buy something with the drink I am entitled to, but I pay £25 a month for the occasional drink. Plus I do purchase something else purely because I have the membership, obviously what the membership is designed to do.Wet floor signs blocking the entrance at 4/5PM giving the impression you’re closing to again put people off. Closing off the outside seating at 6PM with 3 hours of trade again to put people off.This store needs a whole new team put in place of people grateful to have a job in a business that is clearly doing well. This is my regular branch, if these things don’t change I will be cancelling my membership.

We had lunch, 2 salads and a sandwich which were all great quality and really enjoyable. Great value for money, loved it. Great coffee too.

Slow service and not enough chairs and tables.My sald was nice however lacking chicken. Very small portion of Chicken.

Lovely sandwiches what we had me and my partner and my sister had and we liked the drinks and the visit the staff where helpful.

A coffee shop that couldn't supply coffee as the match was broken not the best advert. The tables are always dirty here too won't be going again.

I would just like to thank the brilliant member of staff that couldn't apologise enough when she accidentally bumped in to me and my daughter coming out of the toilet. Thank you again for buying our drinks and sandwich as an apology. We will definitely be returning customers. It's lovely to see a kind and pleasant work ethic that your staff have (Meadowhall)

Great fresh food! Thai veg soup great and a wonderful scandi sourdough roll with smoked salmon! Gets v busy at lunchtime

Not happy with the visit today. Ordered a ham and cheese toastie. Only one table available but the small table left was full of previous customer`s dirty cups and plates. Not much room for my meal. I checked staff and they were in a group talking and there was no customers waiting to be served so I feel they should have been concentrating on clearing tables. After a few min the next table became empty so I put them all on there and finished my meal. Toastie was nice but not cut in half on one piece of the bread and no knife was provided but I managed to eat it carefully. A new customer came to the table and then they came over to clear the table. Coffee was fine. Just wished tables were cleared more quickly.

Popped by for an early lunch with my partner and daughter, good selection of sandwiches, I went for a hot cheese and ham sandwich, salad, yoghurt and coffee, my daughter struggled with finding any suitable vegetarian options though. The service was warm and friendly and the facilities were clean. Not my favourite coffee though, the salad was lovely.

Drove all the way here but it was closed and the guy inside couldn’t say what time they were open. Google says it’s open from 7:30am but it’s clearly not. Google says the times were updated a week ago. Starbucks instead!
