DELIVERY review*It has been the best sushi experience we have had at home in Sheffield! We ordered dynamite roll, sakushi roll, salmon nigiri, mixed maki (tuna, salmon, cucumber and prawn), takoyaki and the vegan bamboo selection 🤩I can't say anything other than it was delicious! The salmon nigiri and the prawn maki were my favourites, but honestly I can't complain. The packaging was good enough to keep the food fresh and ready to eat. The sushi arrived perfect. 🍣🍣The vegan bamboo selection was soo amazing! It was the perfect mix and has now become my favourite sushi place in Sheffield, well worth the money.

Perfectly satisfactory sushi. The rolls are very small compared to normal sushi roll sizes and there is a lot of rice in the nigiri and rolls. The salmon avocado roll was great, and loved the seaweed salad! Overall, would come back if opportunity was there but not the most special.

Our experience was terrible. I don't know if it was because we were international students that we were treated with such negligence and disrespect or something else. But we sat there for 1.5 hours waiting for our order to arrive. While my order arrived in time, my boyfriend's waited for over an hour for his order that never arrived. We saw every other customer get served - many of whom came in after us.People seated right by us - tables full of customers - got catered to and attended by the servers and we sat clearly dumbfounded about the situation. Even the customers who were around offered to help because they felt so uncomfortable. But the servers couldn't be bothered.Even as we made the situation clear to the servers towards the end, they seemed so callous and unapologetic that we decided to leave and pay for the share of order that had arrived. Shockingly, even while we expressed our dismay at the till, the server did his best to shrug us off with a polite 'we are sorry'. The staff probably moved on within a second after that but me and my boyfriend who had planned to have a nice evening, trying a new cuisine were left with such a bad aftertaste. He sat there, simply waiting politely for an hour, while everyone else was served.I am truly shocked at how careless their treatment of some of their customers is. You cannot be so rude and blatant about your lack of respect towards some of their customers.

By far the best Japanese food I've had outside of London. This is only further verified by the multiple awards they've won over the years.

Kitchen order machine had ran out of paper so it never received our order till we chased it up 45 mins later. Oh dear. Ok mistakes happen, it’s how you handle mistakes that matter and they did offer us a few complimentary dishes and took some money off the bill so credit where credit is due. On the sushi side, where we had ordered from the menu fresh some of the ingredients were very cold and just out from the chiller so the nigiris and maki were a mixed bag of temperature, taste and experience overall.

Great Japanese food. Sushi is fresh and always amazing. They have the plates on a conveyor belt which makes it easy to see and choose what you want. They are colour coded for price as well. Service is always fantastic.

Our first ever visit to sakushi and safe to say we will be back! staff were really friendly and welcoming, the food was great and tasted amazing! The revolving sushi conveyor definitely has a fun novelty value and the few bits of sushi we tried were superb.

Lovely food, lovely vibe to the restaurant, and I can't say enough good things about the attentive staff - Dan and Alice were absolutely wonderful.A step above every other sushi place in Sheffield.

Went for a visit tonight. It was my first time and my partner’s second. The staff were super friendly and attentive, especially Paige who made sure we understood how everything works and we had a great chat with. The service was excellent. A shout out to the guy in the kitchen with the long hair (who was in a great mood over England winning) he was really nice to us too.
