The steak was cooked perfectly! It was the best patè I've ever tasted! Beautiful atmosphere and the staff are so lovely. Amanda was so attentive and made our evening! (Especially after my partner accidentally dropped his honeycomb on the floor and she brought a replacement!)There was a couple complaining the fish was off near us, however my partner had the same meal and it was in no way "off!" The way this customer swore and abused the staff for discount or a free meal was disgusting. Again- the staff handled the complaint so professionally and listened so attentively. Highly recommend this place! 👌 Thankyou so much! 💓

We were a bit disappointed with our visit after reading the reviews. If I were to sum it up with one phrase it would be "nothing to write home about"We went for Sunday dinner and thought that the selection of two choices per course was limited. We opted for the beef. Not the greatest of portions. The one floret of cauliflower cheese was very salty and the meal as a whole was just simply warm. The sticky toffee pudding was the saving grace. Very nice it was. Can't fault the staff and service. Wine was nice and reasonably priced but some others listed fell into the pricey bracket.

Really excellent food for the money. It isn't a 'cheap' place to dine out; however, for the money the quality is actually excellent and the staff are polite and attentive. I don't often give out 5* but this one is very diserved.

Great food and ambience! Only issue is whenever I've been here (been twice) had issues with the menu as we didn't get the choice of menu we booked for on the restaurant's website. Not too happy with overcharging on the final bill either (good we checked) although could be due to being busy during the festive season.

The Sunday dinner was amazing. Good portion sizes, but not over-faced when having 3 courses - and each course was delicious! The ham hock terrine was a particular favourite.The service was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to come back.

Hidden on a stunning little back street in the centre of Sheffield you’ll find that the service and ambiance at Silversmiths’s is absolutely fantastic.The food is equally as impressive and whilst I’d suggest some of the dishes are a tad confused and potentially dictated by a chef who likes to utilise fancy gadgets, the actual component parts of the meal are exceptional.The highlight for me was dessert. A stunningly well crafted and well thought out dish!Certainly worth a visit! Recommended.

Had the absolutely fantastic time at Silversmiths for Christmas! Most places I’ve visited try to rush two servings and the whole experience feels rushed but not here. We enjoyed all five courses on what turned out to be a bold and creative Christmas menu. The food was simply delicious, exactly what want for a memorable Christmas.Been again since and had yet again another fantastic meal.
