Subway Centertainment in Sheffield

I’m sure they shouldn’t do this but nearly 1 hour before closing they didn’t even let us sit at one table a group of 4 of us. Surely their management wouldn’t approve of this? They obviously don’t want to maximise their money intake. Seems like they just wanted an easy close although they had a full hour to clean one table- 8pm 10/02/22

Best subway I’ve been too, very friendly and helpful, good amount of meat and cheese.

They Forgot one of the sandwiches on my order when ordering through the app and then once I’d been back to get it, we realised only one of the sandwiches they had made was correct...

I love subway, I love the choice and options they have available and you can construct your own sandwich which is perfect and individual to you which I do appreciate. I visited this subway on Tuesday 2nd July and it was a warm day so I can forgive the temperature of the subway itself being hot. However on this occasion there was a gentleman and a lady working on shift who just didn’t seem happy to be there, grumpy and they didn’t seem to be bothered. My friend was struggling to see what options of sauce to put on his sandwich and the staff didn’t even try to help they just stood and watched as he struggled. I love subway and I don’t like being overly critical but we left feeling sullen about the staff that worked there. The sandwiches themselves are always great and fresh but it just left us feeling slightly irritated.

Toilets smelt horrible and tolite brush was discusting the guy who was sweeping swept the same spot for 15 minutes. The staff was rude and had a attitude towards us and didn't tell us that we had to pay for salad separately. Table wasn't clean even thought the shop was empty. We won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone else.

Had a wrap and for some reason it was constructed in the weirdest way which ended up in just a mess of food in a bundle! It made no sense as to why the server had chosen to do this, but I basically just ended up with a soggy mess on paper 🙄 Didnt taste good either (the chicken tasted like poor quality). Wouldnt have this again, which is a shame because I've enjoyed the Subway good I've had before. Maybe better staff training required at the Centertainment branch...

Fresh, tasty subs with a wide variety of choice. You can be well-behaved or naughty from a food perspective and there will be something for you. The sub of the day choices are very reasonably priced and offer good flavours. The salads are excellent too and using the Subcard or app to pick up points helps make eating here even better value for money, although prices are reasonable anyway. Have always found service to be good.

I visit this branch occasionally, and the food is really good.Last Friday, I made a big order on phone for a meeting(just the night before the meeting).the order was 8 different platters, loads of drinks, crisps and cookiesThe service I received was beyond expectations.The staff were very polite and patient.I even made changes and addition at the last minute and they accommodate it.The delivery was on time and the feedback about food was great(5/5)Thank you very much for your professional service

I don't think you can't beat Subway for a quick lunch. Fast service, friendly staff and value for money. The subs are made to your specification. The breakfast menu is good too, I just wish they open earlier at 6am.
