Subway in Sheffield

Sandwich was bad and the staff don’t wear hair or beard nets which is terrible.

I ordered 2 subs, both turned up with next to nothing in, literally a sprinkle of cheese even though I paid for double cheese on both and basically no filling even though again, I paid for double filling. rang restaurant, didn't apologise at all, all he had to say was ring Just Eat and ask for a refund. really disappointed with this. The guy that I spoke to at Subway didn't care in the slightest, just wanted me off the phone and all the while refused to apologise or do literally anything helpful. extremely rude!

I thought I walk into a club, music was blaring in the background. I ask the staff to turn down the music as he can't hear my order, he blandly told me no. And when I asked what can I get in my wrap, he just pointed on the menu above him.. Have never been to a subway that had so rude customer service... Management pleas

I ordered some sandwiches from this Subway branch off Uber Eats earlier today, and although it came really quickly the order was pretty wrong! I asked for a veggie delight with salad and BBQ sauce, and it came with no veggie pattie inside, just salad and sauce. I also asked for a meatless meatball marina, which came with BBQ sauce on it which I had asked to only be on the other sandwich.Wish I hadn't tipped! I hope that money definitely goes to the driver and not the staff at Subway who managed to get 2 out of 2 sandwiches wrong 👍🏻

So upset that Subway haven't signed the Humane League's Better Chicken Commitment when even KFC and Pizza Hut have. This means that Subway chickens are bred to grow so fast they are often unable to walk and suffer sudden death from heart failure due to their heart being unable to support their huge bodies. It means that up to 29 chickens are crammed into a square metre giving each chicken a space the size of an A4 sheet of paper. Chickens might never see daylight and are hung upside down on conveyer belts in slaughterhouses whilst fully conscious. I for one won't be eating at Subway until they've signed the Better Chicken Commitment- I won't even touch their vegan offerings!

It has always been a pleasure to visit this subway store.

I went to this subway and service was excellent, I was served by a lady who was very polite when I enquired about certain foods, i felt that Lady went out of her way to give the best customer experience and the food was delicious! Over all I felt very welcome as a customer!

Stumbled upon this place while walking around and I was quite surprised. The food was amazing especially the chicken sandwiches and they have healthy food. The desserts were on point as they have good cookies. The staff are very friendly too. Definitely returning back again.

Very useful for when working late nights and even supermarkets have shut. Very tasty variety however it's clearly very unhealthy. Staff aren't particularly helpful if you're not familiar with their ordering system
