Always a 5 star for one of my favorite restaurante..Always packed, but they are moving fast..so yes, really friendly staff and helpful, i didn't have to wait much to be seated (no booking in advance) ...Food, always good... 😋Strongly recommend 👌... try it!!

We've walked past this place many times but have never tried it because it always seem so busy. Tried it today and was very disappointed.We waited over an hour for food. Several tables who came after us ate and finished before we got any food.When our food finally came, the meat was overcooked AND at the same time was barely warm! This is despite having chased up several times on our order. It's obviously they only started making our order when we first complained. Overcooked it and left it to sit on the side.I had to pay 46 quid for this and waste so much time.Never again!

I had the Big Cheese Dipper which was very nice, but absolutely enormous! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially our waitress Holly P.

Great food slow service and a pungent smell. On arrival a nice young chap showed us to our table. The waitress took our order then after a short wait our food arrived which was very tasty. That's where things started to go down hill. Our empty plates sat on our table for about thirty minutes after we finished eating we fancied a desert but when the waitress finally found our table she could only find one desert menu. That wasn't the worst issue though! That being the hygiene of the waitress her pits were a little too fragrent for our nostrils. That aside we had an enjoyable meal.

Had a work meal here last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Callie and Emma were fantastic who looked after us and the meal was amazing. All starter main and dessert were lovely and there was nothing the girls couldn't do for us, they always checked if we're good with drinks and if we were enjoying our meals. Definetly recommend this place 5 out of 5 👍

Slow service, not busy, dirty restaurant just doesn’t make sense, food was sent back as was cold. Made staff aware not interested a heat light was broken apparently makes me wonder how long my food had been sat in kitchen if that was the case. Arrived at 7:15 finally got replacement meal in a quiet restaurant at 20:45…

Food was good but the service was lackluster/poor. There was 2 of us. 10 mins but the first person getting their drink and the 2nd one. It took prompting the server to get the other one. The bottomless fountain drink wasn't bottomless. From finishing our meals to get the bill/plates cleared was 20+ mins. Once the bill was given despite having the card ready to pay and informing the member of staff; it was another 10+ minutes for her to return with the card machine.

Visited yesterday.After choosing our meals we were informed ribs were unavailable after 10mins of looking at the menu(which is no big issue)Starters were really nice!Mains, unfortunately my chicken dish was cold. When I told the waitress she offered to REHEAT it...Then after I questioned this she said another batch would be made.This arrived just before my partner had finished his meal.Some chicken pieces were hot, others were cold still. I have had this dish before so new what it was like, and well this particular serving was not the normal standards.On a positive note, the cocktails were absolutely delicious!

The staff we always find very pleasant but the food needs a revamp or prices need to be cut.Come TGI 3 people on a dinner time snack shouldn’t be paying £57 this is why people are not going out as much, that sort of price is evening meal not a dinner time snack.We only the one drink each, nothing special as two of us were not even drinking (one pregnant) foot was light due to not over doing it before evening meal time.Time to start staying at home again then paying this price for not much more quality than a supermarket
