Great atmosphere, fantastic venue for birthday celebrations, food great but not cheap

Made the mistake of coming here on a Sunday lunchtime. Really long wait. Has to cancel the desert as we were waiting that long for mains. Was there 90 minutes and just had mains. Son had steak and ribs. I had the cob salad. Two milkshakes. £60 bill. Slow service. Salad was dry, chicken was dry. Steak was closer to well than medium. Kitchen couldn't cope so food was coming out super slow. Lovely staff singing happy birthday to the kids at nearby tables. Won't be in a hurry to go back.

Booked a meal for a birthday party on Sunday 13th Feb. The staff were excellent. Always cheerful and helpful. But the menu is poor choice , the food portions are small for the cost of the meal and poor quality. I ordered a rib eye. The steak was very thin and poor quality , it came with some seasoned fries and half a tomatoe for £25 . Won't be revisiting but well done the staff for the service. A revamp of the menu and prices are urgently required.

Food was good but small portions service was good but plates are small to make it look like you have more food. Biggest disappointment though was the price of the drinks is ridiculous nearly 4 pound for a glass of coke I got a can of cream soda at 3.10, a can! Won't be visiting again as I just felt ripped off nearly £25 our drinks came to

Lovely food as always! Our server, Sam, was great and we were especially impressed with him entertaining various children with balloons etc, he obviously enjoys his job! 😍

The food was quick and absoloutly delicious. The wait staff were very attentive and extremely friendly and made our family meal brilliant. Amazing food for a great price aswell. Would definitely visit again!

Stopped at Premier Inn next door, Meadow Hall, and needed an evening meal. Although it was busy, we got a table for 2 straight away. Our table Manager was Eleanor, who was polite, efficient and attentive, without being over the top. Food was very good. My Wife had the chicken fingers and I had chicken strips with sesame coating. Food arrived in quick time. Would recommend, and will go again when I'm away if near a TGI Friday.

Food was nice although several items on the menu were unavailable. I had Cobb salad and it was really good but would have been nicer with a dressing in hindsight as there was quite a lot of lettuce. Black forest sundae was very nice too.

Amazed!!!! Food deliver to table very fast. Very tastefully. Very nice service. Prices are low considering food, service and environment. Highly recommended

well social distanced precautions in place. staff pleasant asked for addition JD glaze and they were happy to oblige only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because we was sat in our coats and we was still very cold. think they had aircon on and it was a cold damp day.still one of my fave of the TGIs ive been to and would go to again
