Waterworks was full so we came here. Everything was fine except for the location of the coffee machines. They are located exactly by the main aisle where people keep passing through. Hence, the traffic.

A large Weatherspoons on two levels, in the city centre. Tables cleared of empty glasses and plates regularly, also the food i ordered wasn't very hot, the manager replaced both meals and sides with no fuss, even though I'd eaten some.

Very crowded, many items missing from the menu, but only find out when you go to pay on the app... no chicken, fish, Carling. I know 'it's a Wetherspoons but even so, lasagne was lukewarm and practically tasteless, the burger distinctly average. Compared to other 'Spoons this is far from good. Only positive is the staff were lovely...

We have been coming to this bar for years fantastic service tonight the app gave our location as bankers draft didn't realise ! Order food and drink didn't arrive obviously!! Went to bar spoke eventually with a team leader (keegan) explained I had obviously made a mistake and could he help me !! To which I was told noi had to go down to bankers draft! Accepting this I asked if he could make them aware in advance the answer was no so rude unhelpful ! I was polite and professional and have never received such terrible customer service
