Called in for a breakfast 8.00am this morning, first victim/ order of the day it arrived quicklyToo quickly , hash brown still frozen in middle yes ICE . Surprisingly sent backCame back again nice one hash brown cooked but unfortunately everything else on plate flat cold. Enough is enough demanded full refund and left.Would recommend the management look in to this so Called CHEF before someone ends up with food poisoning, instead of leaving hungry, angry and extremely disappointed etc. The 1 star is for themmanaging to get it on a plate.

*Ordered steak that arrived with about 5 chips and no mushrooms or peas. I would have been embarrassed to serve that!*A hot choc brownie that was not hot.* Serving us seemed an inconvenience despite not being busy.Meant to be one of the “better spoons” however, I will never return here. It was a treat for me and my daughter during half term after a museum visit. Never again.

Just like most other Spoon's. Pints at good price, just don't cheap out and get the £1 pint...

We like Wetherspoons' but they can be hit and miss as to whether the meal is decent or not.Our first time stopping here today as we had been to Castleton so googled one for our way home - it was quite pleasant. Often you get more people drinking than eating which can mean some roudiness but here it was the opposite. Large groups of people had gathered but we're sat enjoying meals and eachothers company. Our meals were nice and plentiful and staff were friendly.We will visit again.

The Good.The food and drink was the usual spoons quality, no complaints there!The staff were nice and prompt with serving food and drink.The Bad.There was apparently a salt shortage.. Even though the table opposite our seating area had salt.The Ugly.The glasses weren't clean in the slightest, I feel if I was a geography teacher I could've mapped out the seven seas with the amount of stains imprinted onto the drinking receptacle itself!I can do a better job with a sponge on a stick and I don't even have access to industrial strength cleaning supplies.All in all, would probably go there again. Clean the glasses though, seriously. That's an issue and disgusting.

5 * review for Manager Andy who let me in to buy 8 shots last night. Highly appreciated it and really respect Andy in his role, keep it up. Sam gets 4.5 stars because when I first arrived I was refused entry, but later allowed in so I’ll stick with 4.5 stars for Sam he’s a great guy and puts up with us every weekend. Thanks guys!!

Pub setting in an old house. Garden is nice. Fees for the car parking so beware of this. Access is steps but there is disabled and pram/buggy access around the back. Sheffield is a hilly place.

A bit of a walk from the Benjamin Huntsman to here.It was dark when I arrived, but I could see an outside seating area with gazebos. I had a beer and 11" pizza for less than £9.It was packed with students, possibly because of Freshers week. A much younger crowd than most of the other spoons that I've visited

Nice 'Spoons, wood panelled throughout with some nice gardens alongside. Probably busy at weekends because this is very much a student area but it was quiet when we visited on a Monday morning.
