The Great Gatsby in Sheffield

After weeks of working with the Gatsby team to plan my works Xmas do, we had to cancel due to covid. Cody was so understanding and catered for our needs so well. I’m so grateful to her and can’t wait for our rescheduled date. Anyone who has been to Gatsby before knows it’s where the party is at in Sheffield!!

That i a really nice bar. The music is always good there and the drinks are awesome. I do really enjoy this place and adore spending my free time there.

Disgusted to find out my partner was turned away tonight due to not having the “COVID app” despite having a negative lateral flow COVID test, which he was told could be fake despite him showing the nhs email. Bouncer and young girl who was with him on the door turned him away due to not being vaccinated which is against the law, absolutely disgusted with the way the way that he was treated and discriminated. Used to love going here, but will not be going here anymore if I could give them a 0 I would disgusting.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Ella is an asset to the staff team she is approachable, kind, knowledgeable about drinks and the food and has a good and positive spirit.

I don't live in Sheffield any more but whenever I come home to see my family, I try to visit Gatsby because it's such a lovely spot. The tacos are ALWAYS amazing, great vibe and the nicest staff. This visit was no different – we were first in on a Sunday (I was so desperate to visit before we got the train home like a true keeno) and the guy on the bar was just a delight, super helpful and friendly and welcoming. I recommend Gatsby to all my London friends visiting Sheffield and will always make time to visit on trips home. Thanks for being such an awesome spot!

Nice bar with a decent selection of drinks. A little small inside but a very cosy atmosphere, and there's a furnished beer garden/smoking area out back. Didn't eat, so can't comment on the food.

Great venue in a great location. A bit expensive but cheaper and better quality drinks and food than bungalows and bears across the street. And the weekly cheap “dram” is an amazing offer.
