Friendly service, drinks were a little slow to arrive but it was busy so we weren't bothered by that. Food also pretty good, a nice range of options. This is a good Wetherspoons.

You’d think due to this restaurants location that it would have higher standards with a higher drive for achieving sales. I guess not. After looking through the menu, which was mostly showing food that wasn’t available I settled for something else. Once I ordered I was then told that what I had just ordered was also not available. Almost half of the menu wasn’t available, how is that acceptable for a Wetherspoon in the middle of a huge shopping centre that is in such a prime location?

It's OK. It's gone downhill since Covid became a thing. I remember a time when service at Wetherspoons was great. You went to the bar and always got served instantly. Now however, it's so slow! I've been at the bar with 1, maybe 2, other people and had staff just walk by and ignore me or other patrons. The customer was always first priority, staff used to stop what they were doing and serve any waiting customers. It's not like that now. Ever since Covid came along, customer service everywhere has taken a huge nose dive; this place seems to have been one of the worst affected. On the other hand, they have a good selection of beers, ciders, craft ales, the food is decent (standard Wetherspoons stuff), there's plenty of seating, the toilets are clean and the outdoor seating/smoking area is great for people watching! I still call in for a pint with my missus whenever we are in Meadowhall and it's still one of the cheapest pubs in Sheffield.

Excellent service fast, although very busy. Food (fish and chips with peas) excellent. Good sized portion, hot freshly cooked. Very nice, light batter. Wheelchair accessible. Friendly, polite staff.

Food came quick but missed an item from the meal. Waiter said he'd tell the kitchen & came back & said it would literally be 1 minute. 5 minutes later I was still sat waiting & I'd finished the meal, asked for the item to be refunded, so hopefully that will happen. Ordered the char-grilled chicken & it was like it had been deep fried & the chicken was dry, so I left most of it. 2 other meals ordered wer ok.

The beer was awful, flat and tasteless. Most of the menu is served with a drink which is useless when you have already ordered one. It's menu has all the classics missing, unavailable. Mucky tables, noisy and drafty. Shan't be going again in the foreseeable future. Sad really, we used to like "spoons ".

Cracking pub. It is always busy. The place it's self is well decorated in line with the history of Sheffield. The prices are very good especially with its premium location of being in a shopping center. They offer table service via there app which is very convenient. The food is also fairly priced and very decent. The toilets are in the usual wetherspoons location 🤣😭

Very popular place to eat. Staff are always busy cleaning tables, they work hard to provide a quick but good customer service. I've been several times, had my usual Scampi, glass of wine, yummy! Reasonable prices, toilets, bar, out door smoking area over looking the river. Only issue is that they haven't been able to get salt sachets for a few weeks 🤔Great value and hard working staff. Hope you're boss values you 😊

Two of us had 2 coffee's each costing £1.98 in total (free refills)😊 then went Christmas shopping. At lunch we went back and ordered a chilli, and chips, ham and egg with 2 soft drinks for a total of £10.98. Everything was great for the price and the service was good. The only thing that concerned me, was the closeness of the tables under our current circumstances.

A busy Wetherspoon pub, although it was a Saturday afternoon on my visit.I had the five bean chili jacket potato with salad and garden peas. Unlimited hot drinks too, for £7.At the back of the pub and restaurant is a large patio terrace.Quite easy to find in the busy shopping centre, next door is McDonald's
