Visited sunday 20th feb. Firstly had to ask a member of staff to clean our table even though it was'nt that busy. My husband and i ordered a mixed grill each and bottomless coffee. The whole experience was very dissapointing. The coffee was luke warm at best. As for the mixed grill the steak was very chewy all the meat was dry. The chips were cold, when we told the member off staff she just said "oh i will get you some fresh chips" thats all we were offered, no apology. We will never eat there again and will strongly advise our friends not to

Had a great night ,nice food , great selection of beers that are very cheap and the staff were excellent

Wouldn't serve us and gave no good reason. Had ID. We're all over 20 years old, one of us being 49 years old and they didn't care. Took hours too move dirty glasses from the people who sat at our table previously. Not good service at all.

When I returned my plate as the fried eggs were hard I was told to go back to my table and someone would come over to me. After sitting for a few minutes I decided to continue eating my food as it was going cold. Just as I was taking my last mouthful of food a server came over and asked if everything was OK. I told him about my complaint and as he was walking of he said sorry about that with no interest in resolving the issue whatsoever. Case closed as far as he was concerned. Shocking service

Well what can I say ...it's a Wetherspoons pub...always reasonable prices and pub grub. The pub is in a prime central location in Chapeltown, the drawn back is no parking. Out side seating available. It's a spacious pub gets busy at weekends. Toilets are clean and up a flight of stairs. Breakfast good value. Free refills on tea and coffee is brill.

Brilliant service by the staff a lot more friendly then other pubs around the area and great choice off drinks

Empty tables didn't seem to get wiped very quickly.Stood at the bar ages before realising our drinks had arrived but we didn't see/hear the bar tender let us know they were just further up the bar because of the social distancing screen. Coffee machine asked you to use clean cups for each refill but another bar tender seemed bemused when I requested one. The lady serving our meal and collecting the dishes was polite and welcoming though. The food was okay...we had a pizza and a curry and they were very reasonable for the price.
