Wah Sing Take Away in Sheffield

Have tried many Chinese takeaways over the years but wah sing is the best, good portion size food is absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn't order from anywhere else now. Staff are lovely as well as delivery drivers.

I have special chow mien and curry every week for years this is the best chow mien you will find try it beautiful

Not the best to be honest. Chips are great but disappointed by the actual Chinese cuisine in comparison to many others.I called for my order and it didn't scream cleanliness if I am honest. What we can see as customers isn't great so all I could do is hope and pray the kitchen was OK. Its got a 4* hygiene rating so I am trusting it is OK.

Was very disappointed with the food.Not bought from here for a while and passing on way home, called and bought - king prawn chow mein, egg fried rice, salt and pepper chips, curry sauce, satay sauce, prawn toast and pancake roll.There were 5 king prawns in the chow mein and tasted very bland. Salt and pepper chips was like someone didn't know how to make them. They were more like drowned in ground black pepper, which tasted vile, hardly any salt and the chips were very scrappy.The prawn toast was barely just edible.The pancake roll, had been cooked in batter. So tasted like fish cake without the fish or potato, or any taste other than oil.The inside had tiny pieces of alleged meat. Not sure what meat, but was very dry and not nice, the texture resembled a spread.Not nice food at all, a lot went in the bin. Won't be buying from here again.Shame, as this used to be a lovely Chinese. But not anymore

First time order and to be honest we wont be returning, crinkle cut chips which i love ( if they hadn't come in a bag of oil )The chicken was dryer than the Sahara. We had SPARE ribs which genuinely must have been spare from the previous night, looked like something from the movie saw.My Partner ordered salt and pepper chips to our surprise looked like the chef had thrown bits of the garden on top and shook the bag up. Again dripping in oil. a shame really but wont be returning as i don't fancy heartburn until 12 the following day.

Ordered £20 worth of food last night. Curry was watery, beef green pepper black bean sauce didn’t taste of anything, chicken foo Young was tastelessness and the beef chow mean was terrible too. Will not order from here again, used to be really nice. What was left has gone in bin, normally save it for lunch !!!!!!! Terrible don’t order !!!!!!

First time order tonight. Arrived after 1 hour 20 mins. Cold, very cold.. Crinkle cut chips, I was excited as these are my favourite! House special curry very bland and pale, sweet and sour very tasty but king prawns still had tails on. And pan cake rill looked like battered fish. All had to be reheated. Will not be ordering no more.
