Ordered chips but forgot to ask for vinegar and salt. Brought it up after they packed it up and they were willing to put the vinegar and salt back on and then pack it up again. Good people who work here.

Brilliant takeaway, always tasty, the only moan I have is directed at all and not just Wai Hong, I would love to have delivery but as a single person I find that min order of 10£ is more than I can consume so I always have to drag myself ou!t and collect, however take nothing away from Wai Hong, the best in Sheffield😎😎😎

We have used this takeaway for some years but recently had our first delivery. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I’d recommend Wai Hing if you like your Chinese food

Honestly the best Chinese in Sheffield. Critics seem to be pretentious and used to overpriced posh food that infests the gentrifying city. The prices here are great for the generous portions, and it's the only place we've managed to get all the works that we love for under 30 quid. Not to mention their take on fish & chips is awesome, and they're always lovely and appreciative of customers!

Below average.Ordered Crispy Shredded Beef in Szechuan Sauce and Salt & Pepper Chips.Half of the beef was cold and not covered in sauce, the other half was chewy.The chips were good if not a bit too greasy.Didn't accept card payment despite their website showing card payment provider logos. Had to walk back out 2 mins down road to Post Office to withdraw cash.Manner of the man who served me was poor and seemed he couldn't be bothered. No please, thank you or eye contact. Just plonked the bag of food on top and turned away once it was ready.Thought I'd give it a try and a chance, will not return.
