Myself and my partner visited here for Hot Roast pork sandwiches and they were excellent. We spoke to the proprietor and he spent time telling us how they go about preparing their roast pork to ensure it stays moist and the meat tasty. It’s not easy In catering to keep high quality consistency. Sir, a shop like yours has been in existence for many years, and in catering, this is not down to luck.

Had the hot roast pork with apple sauce and stuffing for lunch, delicious! Couldn't recommend woody's enough.

Visited after lots of recommendations but unfortunately was not at all impressed. We ordered Hot Roast Pork and Chicken and Bacon Mayo. The luke warm roast pork was very dry and the stuffing was quite salty. The chicken and Bacon mayo was a blob of mayo with cut up chicken on top with a couple of rashers of bacon on top. Surly this should all be cut up and mixed together?? Pricing good but sadly won't be returning anytime soon.

The sandwiches are amazing here, yes they cost more then a supermarket and so they should! The quality and taste is top tier, a must visit place of Sheffield!

Called in because next doors Ellas cafe was busy. Ordered a bacon and egg sandwich with well done bacon . Now there's well done and then there's cremated. It tasted like it had previously been cooked fried again then thrown in the microwave just for good measure. I could barely chew it totally inedible the breadcake was no better dry round the edges with bits of fluff attached in places. Reasonably priced but thats about it.

Sandwich was nice blonde boy behind the bar was gorgeous, just my type. mayo was tangy but i like that, blonde lad smelt tangy also wonder if he tastes it tho? xo

A Sheffield landmark. As important as the Eiffel Tower. Get a sandwich if you’re hungry, hungover, or about to head to the park for top picnic points.

First time using this place was great however the second visit not so good sausage roll was inedible no taste and the meat was undercooked , asked for tuna Mayo Sarnie what we received was tuna with a blob of Mayo, cheese salad with extra red onion when opened there was no onion to be seen just under £15 for our order won’t be returning.

We visited Woodys for lunch, it was lovely food. But what made it better was Fiona, who showed us around the neighbourhood & told us all the good places to visit. Being new to the area any friendly face is welcomed. Fiona you are a star, we'll be back.

What a gem of a place to find on a Sunday stroll 🤗Lovely, welcoming & friendly staffAmazing menu choices with so much variety for all, as well as some new flavour combinations not always found at Sandwich bars.Our food was perfectly cooked with quality ingredients & it was very tasty & flavoursome too.Really reasonably priced also, excellent value for money.We are really looking forward to returning to Woody's & wish them every success during these uncertain times.Well worth a visit 😊
