Yummy's Pizza in Sheffield

Very poor delivery service waiting over an hour for delivery and still waiting

Been ordering from Yummys for years and in the past 2 years I’ve ordered more.Unfortunately, in the past 2 months, they’ve since rejected my orders due to my house being too far away (it’s within the radius they’ve given and never been a problem before)If they are going to stop deliveries out of 1/2 mile radius of the shop, they need to take this off their website and also Just Eat. Poor customer service especially when I don’t get a proper excuse for them not delivering, especially when it’s never been a problem before.

My new favourite take away. The food is always lovely and hot as well as tasting great. Nice sized portions and the delivery drivers have always been lovely too. I would recommend trying as the quality of the food speaks for itself.

Twice we've ordered on just eat for advance times. Orders get accepted straight away then declined after half an hour. I understand your going to be busy at the moment with orders but why accept them if you cant fulfill them. If you managed orders better even when someone books an hour in advance then maybe you'd keep customers happy. Not one for bad reviews but that's 2 occasions were it's happend!

Been coming to Yummy's for over 10 years now and never had a bad meal. Food is amazing and staff are very friendly. Best takeaway in Sheffield.

Be careful as we ordered via just eat app and it says spend over £30 get a free pizza of your choice & you need to put this in the notes which we did. Bill was over £30 but never received the pizza as requested and advertised.Called them to be told as we bought a meal deal with the pizza's that any free items were not applicable.Informed them that it dont say that on just eat and they should change it as its basically a lie.Asked lad if he could sort anything said yeh I'll send you the pizza but it never arrived after a hour and half. Chased up again to be told that he wasnt sending one and the only thing he could do was tell the owner to change the info which we all know wont be done.People who had food said it was rubbish.Back to my usual local one as you get what they state for lessWill not use again

Have you ever heard of a takeaway business refusing to do business with you (after being a regular customer for 4 years) just because they got your order wrong and you complained? Well that's what this place did. We ordered a large mixed kebab to share. However, the order arrived incomplete without the sauce required. When ringing to complain the manager offered to send the sauce over, by which time the meal would have been cold. When I explained to the manager this and that I would like to get a replacement the manager advised me that it would take an hour and after which they wouldn't deliver to me again. I've never had an experience like it with any business who you'd think would want to keep their regular customers! Very disappointed. By all means order from this place but be careful if they get your order wrong, because the management cannot take criticism and by sounds of it will not correct your order properly.
